Please make copies of the Invitation Letter and other packet information for members who will attend Supreme Assembly. We hope to have this information available on the website soon, but we need your help in making copies for those who do not have internet access. Fundraising at Supreme Assembly in 2018 The following is a copy of the motions that were made and passed at the Council of Administration on Saturday at the 2015 Supreme Assembly. Motion #1 Hostess Groups will be allowed to have fundraisers within their 4 years of planning before their Supreme Session, with prior approval of the Supreme Jurisprudence Committee. Items cannot be sold at Supreme Assembly sessions prior to their Supreme Session. Motion #2 Chartered Assemblies will be allowed to rent a table at Supreme Assembly, arrangements to be made through the Hostess Group for the sale of items. The cost of $25.00 per day (per table) to be paid to Supreme Assembly delivered to the Supreme Recorder prior to Supreme Session. Items being sold may NOT be in competition with any items sold by Supreme Assembly. Prior permission must be granted by the Supreme Jurisprudence Committee of items. Tables will not be open during Wednesday’s school, or Thursday or Friday’s formal sessions. (Any state restrictions concerning sales in the location of Supreme Assembly must be cleared prior to reservation of table space.) The above motions are still active for the 2018 Supreme Session. More Info: The Texas Hotel and Casino will not charge for fundraising tables (as long as they are reserved in advance). There will be a fee if tables are requested on site. Luxor – Titanic: Experience the wonder and tragedy of the world’s most famous ocean-liner, Titanic. Over 250 authentic artifacts.

Then board the Mandalay Bay Tram to the Mandalay Bay (1 day pass included) to see the Shark Reef. This is a must see; with over 2,000 animals from all seas. Your 1 day pass means you can ride (off and on) all day to any of the casinos along its route: Excalibur - Luxor - Mandalay Bay Tram Service Lunch is on your own, just be back at the Luxor at 4 pm.

The tram runs between the Excalibur, the Luxor and Mandalay Bay hotels. The southbound tram runs only from the Excalibur to Mandalay Bay, but the northbound tram starts at Mandalay Bay, stops at Luxor and ends at the Excalibur. Included in your tour will be a all day pass, the tram runs from the MGM Grand to the SLS Hotel and Casino.
