Larch Hill Santa Days 2017

Venue: Elf World, Larch Hill International Scout Centre, Scouting Ireland, Dublin 16. Dates: Saturday 9th December and Sunday 10th December 2017 Cost: €15.00 per Beaver Scout + 1 sleeping bag from each Colony Please Note:

As places are limited, we would greatly appreciate if you could provide ACCURATE NUMBERS when booking.

 Places will be allocated strictly on a first come first served basis.  All applications to participate must be made in writing, via post or email a scan of the form, no telephone bookings accepted.  A €7.50 deposit per Beaver Scout is required with each application by Cheque or Credit/Debit card.  Unsuccessful Applications will be returned together with the deposit.  Once an application has been accepted the deposits become NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE  All applications should be sent to: Colin Sheehan, Santa Days, Larch Hill International Scout Centre, Scouting Ireland, Dublin 16.  Debit/Credit Card payments can also be accepted, please tick the box below if you require a call back to avail of this service.  Applications should arrive no later than 7th November, 2017. However please note this event books out fast and does not guarantee you an allocation if the maximum number is reached prior to the closing date.  Successful Colonies will be informed by email by November 21st 2017 what day and what time they should attend on the weekend. The day preference indicated by you below will be facilitated where it is possible, however it not possible to guarantee these preferences. 
