Found and cleared 10 IEDs and materials for making IEDs inside ISIS hideouts in Mohammed Al-Aziz village and Zoor Al-Asyood village. Iraqi Military Forces 03/APR/2020 Repelled an ISIS attack, killing an ISIS member and arresting three others in Rabe'ea Popular Mobilization Forces 03/APR/2020 subdistrict, 135km northwest of Mosul. Repelled an ISIS attack in the Naft Khana area. ISIS 05/APR/2020 An Armed Group 03/APR/2020 An IED explosion killed a civilian and injured two others in Tal Afar district. An armed conflict between two tribes resulted in killing a civilian and injuring another in Abi Saida subdistrict, northeast of Baqubah. Military Intelligence 05/APR/2020 Found a mass grave of civilians and members of Security Forces inside an ISIS hideout in ISIS 07/APR/2020 Al-Khudha area in Heet district. Launched an attack and killed two Peshmerga Forces members in Kulajo subdistrict in Kifri district. This file is prepared to explain to the interested investors the concept of the investment opportunities and brief data sheet for the plants announced for investment and the plants which shall be announced soon. Investment Concept:- The concept is that the investor shall implement the activities to rehabilitate and modify the factory in accordance with modern technology, manage and operate the factory, all at the investor account against share of accomplished production, for a certain period. Detailed privileges and obligations of the investor are given in this file. Rehabilitation Plan: Due to the circumstances of the past years: Embargo, wars, shortage of finance, all Industrial sectors suffered from low productivity, some are completely shut down. The Ministry's plants need rehabilitation to upgrade its production to the design capacity, modernize and develop its production line The plan of the Ministry to realize the rehabilitation work needed, depends on engaging investors in this process. The concept is that the investors shall implement the rehabilitation work on their account, operate and manage the plant, pay salaries and allowances of the employees all against getting a share of the production achieved for a certain agreed upon period. In order to show investors these opportunities, the Ministry has prepared “Investment files” that explain the prevailing technical condition of each plant, the rehabilitation requirements, the privileges of the investor and his obligation, General Conditions of the agreement and other data to enable the investor to take his investment decision and submit his proposal.
