Local governments, Mianyang Science and Technology City Development Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. and Southwest Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute of China, which is a design institute, attempt to minimize adverse impact of the Project on local residents through constantly repeated optimum designs. Mianyang Science & Technology City Development Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. has prepared the RAP with the assistance of resettlement specialists from Research Institute of Foreign Capital Introduction and Utilization, Southwest Jiaotong University.
