This application was dismissed by the High Court on 11th September 2000. ♦ Wateringpool Lane, Lostock Hall (as shown on the accompanying plan), allocated as Green Wedge under policy D10 (deposit policy D6) and Amenity Open Space under policy OSR5 (deposit policy OSR4).
