Scott started his new extended role - he was previously general manager of Braehead Arena - after Bruce Harley took up a new position of guest services manager at intu Braehead. Scott is no stranger to curling and providing facilities for the sport. He began his career as an ice technician at the former Glasgow Summit Centre, which was home to an active curling club.
