This contemporary restaurant is a gem hidden from Canmore’s main roads. Here, the culinary team showcases seasonal and locally-sourced fare. This is one of Canmore’s most elegant restaurants. But come as you are; Mur- rietta’s is suitable for both special nights out and casual meals. While the décor and food is pleasingly chic, the service reflects the best of small-town hospitality. Fresh and stylish West Coast inspired dishes include many gluten-free options. ATMOSPHERE Features include linen clad tables, vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen with forno oven, wall of wines, and Rundle Range and Main Street views. This wilderness lodge in majestic is a 40-minute drive from Canmore. A Canmore native and former ski racer, Garnier learned to cook with fresh, healthy ingredients to maintain his regimen as a competitive athlete.
