ISA² supports the modernisation of the Public Administrations in Europe. Joinup is freely accessible. It provides an observatory on interoperability and e-Government and associated domains like semantic, open source and much more. Moreover, the platform facilitates discussions between public administrations and experts. It also works as a catalogue, where users can easily find and download already developed solutions. The Monarch has no political power. Legislative power is held by a unicameral parliament (Riksdagen). The Parliament has 349 members elected for a four-year term on the basis of universal direct suffrage. 310 of the seats in the Parliament are allocated to the 29 constituencies and 39 are adjustment seats distributed at a national level in order to obtain a nationally proportional result. A party must gain 4% of the national vote, or 12% of a constituency vote to enter Parliament. Minority governments and coalitions are the norm. Executive power is held by the Government, headed by the Prime Minister and responsible to the Riksdag. The Government determines its policies and sets its priorities. In total, there are three levels of Public Administration in Sweden: approx. 400 Central Government agencies, 21 Regional Government authorities (county councils) and 290 Local Government authorities (municipalities). Regional and local authorities are independent of the Government. Furthermore, there are 21 county administrative boards in Sweden, one in each county. The work of a county administrative board is based on its role as Central Government representative in the region and coordinator for issues passed on to it by the Central Government. The Constitution of Sweden consists of four fundamental laws: the Act of Succession (1810); the Freedom of the Press Act (1949); the Instrument of Government (1974); and the Fundamental Law on Freedom of Expression (1991). Sweden became a member of the European Union on 1 January 1995. Head of State: King Carl XVI Gustaf (since 1973). Head of Government: Prime Minister Stefan Löfvén (since 2 October 2014). These indicators are clustered within four main top-level benchmarks: User Centricity – indicates to what extent (information about) a service is provided online and how this is perceived. Transparent Government – indicates to what extent governments are transparent regarding: i) their own responsibilities and performance, ii) the process of service delivery and iii) personal data involved. Cross Border Mobility – indicates to what extent EU citizens can use online services in another country. Key Enablers – indicates the extent to which 5 technical pre-conditions are available online. There are: Electronic Identification (eID), Electronic documents (eDocuments), Authentic Sources, Electronic Safe (eSafe), and Single Sign On (SSO). These top-level benchmarks are measured using a life-events (e.g. mystery shopping) approach. The following life-events were used for measuring the eGovernment Benchmark top-level indicators: Business Start-Up and Early Trading Operations, Losing and Finding a Job, Studying, Regular Business Operations, Moving, Owning and Driving a Car, and Starting a Small Claims Procedure.     2021-01-25 Novus Rapport: Förtroendet för Sveriges ministrar Undersökningen om förtroendet för Sveriges ministrar har genomförts på Novus eget initiativ. I den här rapporten presenteras och förklaras förtroendet för ministrarna utifrån fem tabeller: • Förtroendet för regeringen som helhet • Samtliga ministrars resultat sorterat efter störst förtroende. • Topp tio ministrar med störst förtroende. • Samtliga ministrars förtroende sorterat efter ett så kallat balansmått (stort förtroende minus litet förtroende). • Ministrarna sorterat på kännedom. • Förändring jämfört med föregående undersökning Undersökningen genomfördes i Novus Sverigepanel med 1056 intervjuer på ett riksrepresentativt urval på åldern 18 - 79 år mellan den 14–20 januari 2021. Bortsätt från partiledarna som samtliga respondenter har tagit ställning till, har 554 respektive 502 respondenter tagit ställning till hälften av ministrarna vardera. Deltagarfrekvensen var 59%. Vid osäkerhet för hur en siffra skall tolkas eller övriga frågor om undersökningen, kontakta Novus. Förtroendet för regeringen Regeringen ligger kvar på samma nivå i förtroende som i föregående undersökning från december 2020, 37 procent uppger att de har mycket eller ganska stort förtroende för regeringen. Alltså de har inte tappat i förtroende generell pga ett tappat förtroende för deras hantering av Coronapandemin. Regeringen har fortsatt ett högre förtroende nu än innan pandemin.     2016-05-10 Novus Rapport: Förtroendet för Sveriges ministrar Undersökningen har genomförts på Novus eget initiativ och har här sammanställt förtroendet för alla ministrar. Undersökningen genomfördes i Novus Sverigepanel med 1002 intervjuer på ett riksrepresentativt urval på åldern 18 - 79 år den 5-9 maj 2016. Vid osäkerhet kontakta Novus för hur en siffra skall tolkas. Anders Ygeman är ministern med absolut högst förtroende. 41% har ganska eller mycket stort förtroende för honom. Och endast 13% har ganska eller mycket lågt förtroende för honom. Samtidigt är han fortfarande ganska okänd, var femte svensk (21%) känner inte till honom vilket placerar honom först på nionde plats i kännedom. Margot Wallström är den minister som har näst högst förtroende om man bara tittar på de som har mycket eller ganska högt förtroende. Men om man också väger in de som har litet förtroende så kommer hon först på tredjeplats. Peter Hultqvist kniper då andraplatsen. Men väger man in kännedomen så är landar ändå Margot på en tydlig andraplacering då hon är en av regeringens mest välkända ministrar. Stefan Löfven är mest känd, men han kommer bara på tredje plats om man tittar på de som har ganska eller mycket högt förtroende för honom. Väger vi sedan in de som har lågt förtroende så kommer han mycket långt ned på listan, plats 19 bland alla ministrar och på 6:e plats i förtroenderankingen bland de 10 mest kända ministrarna. Kännedomen för många ministrar är mycket låg. 8 Ministrar känner varannan svensk inte till. Okända ministrar har Svenska folket svårt att ha varken ett högt eller lågt förtroende för.

This is especially true for journalists, politicians, artists, and other public figures. This paper describes how hate directed towards individuals can be measured in online environments using a simple dictionary-based approach. We present a case study on Swedish politicians, and use examples from this study to discuss shortcomings of the proposed dictionary-based approach. Howery was sworn in ocially as the U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden on October 10, 2019 and arrived in Sweden on October 12, 2019. Ambassador Howery presented his credentials to His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf on November 7, 2019. Ambassador Howery spent almost twenty years as a highly accomplished venture capitalist and entrepreneur specializing in creating and funding technology companies. He is a co-founder of and former partner at Founders Fund, a San Francisco-based venture capital rm, which has over $3 billion under management. Prior to Founders Fund, Ambassador Howery co-founded PayPal where he served as the company’s rst Chief Financial Ocer, helped raise over $200 million in private nancing, and assisted in the company’s $1.5 billion sale to eBay. Ambassador Howery is a founding advisor to Kiva.org, a non-prot group that helps develop the next generation of global entrepreneurs, and he has been an active supporter of the performing and visual arts.
