The side facing the Arts District will feature a park named after Leonard Hill. The 5 viaduct is scheduled to open in 2019. 5 | UNION STATION Slated to begin construction in 2017, The Union Station Master Plan will have two main components – a large indoor-outdoor passenger concourse which will connect commuters to an updated rail yard and the replacement of the Patsaouras Bus Facility with an elevated bus terminal.
