Priority given to PRE-PAID bookings Camping Fees to be paid to Show Society Ring Chris Arnold on 0413 497 117 1. All competitors, judges and stewards must present their yearly indemnity card or sign Indemnity & Waiver form at Top Office before competing. All competi- tors must have signed Indemnity & Waiver form before purchasing Ring tickets. 2. All competitors compete entirely at their own risk. Entries are only accepted on this understanding. No responsibility will be accepted by the Association for damage or injury to persons or property. 3. Approved safety helmets to be worn by all competitors U18. It is recommended that ASNZ 3838 helmets be worn. Appropriate attire is required at all times. 4. The Committee reserves the right to add or delete any event or rearrange the program as required. The Committee accepts no responsibility where a clash of classes occurs. 5. The age of all horses is calculated as from 1st August. Every horse foaled before 1st August in year shall be deemed to be 1 year old on that date. 6. STALLIONS are not eligible for Hack Classes, but are eligible for ridden Breed Classes. STALLIONS must be under the control of a person over 17 years. 7. All STALLIONS and COLTS must have a bar or bit on when in the ring. 8. All horses (unless otherwise stated) must be registered with their appropriate Breed Associations. Registration papers will be checked at random. 9. Competitors in their respective Hack Ring must decide whether to compete in Show Hunter or Open Hunter, Hacks, or Galloway, Pony Class. Competitors cannot enter both Open classes. 10. MAIDEN: a horse which has not won a 1st prize at any Agricultural Show or All Breeds Show. NOVICE: a horse which has not won a Championship at an Agricultural Show or All Breeds Show. 11. Random registration papers check tests may be made during the Show. 12. Random Drug test may be carried during the Show and any Positive Swabs will be dealt with by the ASC Disciplinary Committee 13. Any competitor not observing these Rules shall render himself/herself liable to forfeiture of all prizes won by him/her. 14. Only Judges, Stewards and Competitors in the Class being judged will be allowed in the Ring. 15. ONE WHIP ONLY to be used in Ridden or Hack Classes.
