Moore Thanks to Emma’s Show Horses for displaying this Schedule on her website www.emmaswebsite.com.au Horse & Pony Conditions of Entry • MAIN ENTRY PORTAL ONLINE – www.nominate.com.au • Site Camping fees apply and are to be paid at the Secretary’s Office. All electrical leads must be tagged by a licensed electrician. These will be checked. • Stables are available for use free of charge “first in, best dressed” • NO horses are to be tied to any tree on the grounds or in the centre ring. • Vehicles will be parked by an attendant • Stallion handlers/riders must be 17 years or over and may only compete in specified classes • There will be no taped yards from vehicles, NO YARDS AT ALL IN PARKING AREA • Vehicles will be parked by an attendant • P.I.C. NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED –Applications for PICs are available www.lls.nsw.gov.au • All Open classes for registered and unregistered horses and ponies, unless otherwise specified. Breed classes must be registered and financial members of the relevant society. Proof of registration must be produced if requested. • Competitors in all ring events are requested to be correctly attired, INCLUDING HELMETS and have their horses ready to enter the Marshalling Areas as and when directed by the Stewards • Drug Testing may be carried out at this Show. Any competitor, exhibitor, owner found to have breached the ASC Disputes and Disciplinary Regulations will be investigated by the ASC Disciplinary Committee and dealt with accordingly. • Any Competitors disregarding the directions and requests of the Stewards will not be permitted to compete in the event • The Judges and Stewards decision will be final. • Any Competitor, whose conduct is considered to be unethical, will be liable to discipline by the NAA Inc Executive Committee. • Disputes – All disputes are to be lodged in writing within 2 hours of the event in question to the show secretary, together with a fee of $50 which will be forfeited if the dispute is not settled in favor of the competitor who raises the dispute. All disputes will be reviewed by the disputes committee. • INTERMEDIATE – Open to all horses that have not placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in an individual class for hacks at a Royal Show • WAIVER & HORSE HEALTH DECLARATION FORMS MUST BE SIGNED FOR EACH DAY OF COMPETITION AND WRIST BANDS MUST BE WORN • SUNDAY Any Champion or Reserve from Ring 1 may not compete in Ring 2 and vice versa • Sunday – NO GATE ENTRY FEE Exhibit numbering system will be used on Saturday and Sunday for entries and results recording Section 26 - SPORTING EVENTS Friday 25th September 2020 STEWARDS: Members of the Singleton Gymkhana Club ENTRY FEE: $4 COMMENCING: 1pm (Tickets for all Sporting Events to be purchased on the day) Sponsored by Sporting Events Special Conditions of Entry • Tickets are available to be purchased on the day from 12pm to 1pm. • Sign-up sheet at Ticket Stand. • WAIVER FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE COMPETING AND WRIST BANDS MUST BE WORN • The Committee may make any alterations in the program that it may deem necessary • Competitors must be ready to start at the time stated on the program, or when called up, or they may be disqualified • Protests must be in writing and in the hands of the Secretary within 30 minutes of the time of the event, with a deposit of $50, which will be forfeited if the protest becomes frivolous • In all cases of a dispute the decision of the NAA Inc. shall be final • Only officials and competitors are permitted inside the ring enclosure • Please NOTE all events will be run on "times" • Prize Money 1st $15, 2nd $10, 3rd $5 1.
