    Interviews Stone on Stone Between 2010 and 2014 we interviewed Oliver Stone on a number of occasions, either personally or in correspondence by email. He was always ready to engage with us, quite literally. È un rito omologato, rassicurante. Ma ci vuole il film giusto. Quale? Quello sul quale c'è stato un travisamento causato dalle stellette, tantissime? Di quelli che ci mandano in bestia perchè a quelle stellette corrispondeva solo il narcisismo degli autori e di certa critica, che critica per se stessa e non per gli spettatori? Ognuno può giocarsela come gli pare, comminando giudizi sommari, legittimi se si è pagato il biglietto, in caso contrario sarà bene ricorrere almeno all'onestà professionale, che non può prescindere dal fatto che la cultura è bella, utile e soprattutto necessaria, ma non 24 ore su 24. Se si giudica con ripugnanza il cinema generalista si danneggia il sistema, che ha bisogno di Coppola, Kiarostami o Zhang Yimou quanto di Brett Ratner, regista di 'After the Sunset'. Perché la domenica della brava gente è semplice, spontanea, allegra; si riempie di vitale pigrizia, di sesso legittimo, di cibo all'italiana, di incontri amichevoli e poi tutti al cinema.
