Members in far-away places The unofficial contest for the club member who permanently resides the furthest distance from Sudbury is now held by Rob Martin who lives in Perth, Australia! Rob was a former CCS member before leaving these shores and it was good to see him back during the summer taking in a couple of our Evening TT's. While he was here, he even managed to 'blag' a ride in an official Tour de France press car when it passed through Essex with another former member, Hugh Gladstone, who is a reporter with the Cycling Weekly mag. Not as much as what you know, but who you know!!!

And finally...... Cycling Photo’s on Holidays’ required for Spindle

Next month I hope to have a page of photo’s Our Multi Club Record Breaker in Action! of CCS members during their holidays

included. Can you send in anything remotely suitable to me, singles or families, at [email protected] for inclusion please within Note: There will be a full season’s round-up the next 3 weeks. Of the Open TT’s in next month’s Spindle as

there a few TT’s still to run in October.
