The 2008 Big Red men return five runners who have run 25:35 or better at Van Cortlandt Park, in- cluding three seniors. Expected to lead the team up front will be senior Zac Hine. Hine comes into the season full of confidence after excelling in all three Meet the Coaches seasons in 2007-08. In cross-country, he became the 13th Cornellian to break 25:00 at Van Cortlandt Park as he clocked 24:55 to finish eighth and garner sec- ond team All-Ivy honors. Indoors, Hine captured his first Heps title as he won the 5k after scoring in the 3k. Outdoors, he was again a double scorer as he was the runner-up to teammate Sage Canaday in the 10k and was fourth in the 5k. Senior Sam Luff will captain the squad in 2008. • Kilian Jornet Guanya La Pikes Peak Marathon Amb La Millor Marca Dels
