    GENERAL AIR TRANSPORTATION CONDITIONS FOR THE CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS AND BAGGAGE JETSMART AIRLINES The following General Air Transportation Conditions for the Carriage of Passengers and Baggage (hereinafter the "General Conditions") shall apply to all national and international air transport services carried out by JetSMART Airlines, and for all legal purposes are understood to be incorporated in the Airline Ticket which defines the rights and obligations of JetSMART Airlines as Carrier and its passengers. I.
