OW VISIT EUROPE

1. Application/Fares and Expenses A. Application Valid for travel within Europe. RT, CT, SOJ, DOJ Economy travel On AY/BA/IB/LA/QR/S7-operated direct flights and through plane services. Applicable to Industry discount international fares /Travel agent fares - passengers must have proof of industry/travel agent employment. Travel on the last international sector in to Europe and the first international sector from Europe must be operated and marketed, or marketed AA/AY/BA/CX/EC/IB/JJ/JL/LA/KA/LP/MH/ QF/QR/RJ/S7/UL/XL/4M. For the purposes of this fare, the definition of Europe is as follows:

For the purpose of this fare, Europe can be considered as one country. Note: For the purpose of this fare, flights between Russia in Europe and Russia in Asia are considered intercontinental sectors.

Russia in Asia (XU), Russian cities to the East of the Ural Mountains. These cities are excluded from this fare. XU cities are: ABA/BAX/BQS/BTK/CEK/EYK/GDX/HTA/IKT/KEJ/KGP/KHV/KJA/MJZ/NER/NJC/NOJ/NOZ/NSK/ NUX/NYM/OMS/OVB/PKC/RGK/SGC/SLY/SVX/TJM/TOF/UUD/UUS/VVO/YKS

B.1. Fares are calculated per sector as specified above and are exclusive of any taxes and passenger fees, which must be collected separately

B.2. Journeys can be within a single zone or a combination of two or more. A minimum purchase of two sectors is required with no maximum limit

B.3. In countries other than those where the fares are specified in EUR, local currency fares are obtained by using the BSR at the time of ticket issue

2. Eligibility A. Eligibility Only available to overseas originating passengers in conjunction with travel on a oneworld carrier (AA/AY/BA/CX/EC/IB/JJ/JL/LA/KA/LP/MH/QF/QR/RJ/S7/UL/XL/4M) to/via Europe.

B. Documentation Only available to non-residents of Europe (except residents of Russia – West of the Urals). Proof of residence may be required at time of purchase or at check-in. Failure to produce will result in denied boarding Tickets must be endorsed with the international ticket number and/or international ticket may be required to be shown Only one pass permitted per passenger

3. Seasonality Fares apply all year

4. Flight Application Valid on all services operated by AY/BA/IB/LA/QR/S7 Additionally, travel permitted on the following airlines which are affiliated with/or wet-lease providers to oneworld:

BRITISH AIRWAYS BA CityFlyer including flights operated by Eastern Airway /Sun-Air of Scandinavia / Finland / (Norra) AIRLINES / SIBERIA AIRLINES Globus Note: IB Flight Range for (2046-2060 /2190-2199 / 8040-8199/ 8830 – 8849) are excluded from participation in Visit Europe

5. Reservations and Ticketing A. Reservations A.1. The booking class is L A.2. Minimum Coupons: A minimum purchase of two sectors is required prior to arrival in Europe, with no maximum limit. Additional sectors may be purchased upon arrival, with no maximum limit A.3. Reservations for the first sector must be made at the time of purchase before departure from the country of origin A.4. Reservations for open sectors may be made at any time prior to the day of departure on the sector concerned A.5. All reservations must be identified as OSI XX VISITEUROPEFARE (XX = airline two letter code e.g. QF) A.6. Waitlisting is not permitted A.7. Group Travel not permitted A.8. Capacity Limitations - The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at fares governed by this rule and such fares will not necessarily be available on all flights. The number of seats which the carrier shall make available on a given flight will be determined by the carrier’s best judgment

B. Ticketing B.1. Payment: Must be made prior to arrival into Europe. B.2. Ticketing: Must be issued on a separate ticket to the international ticket Ticketing must be completed prior to arrival in Europe. Documentation is required.

6. Minimum Stay Nil

7. Maximum Stay All travel must be completed within the validity of the international ticket

8. Stopovers Permitted at ticketed points only

9. Transfers/Routings Transfers are permitted at ticketed points only Individual sectors may not be travelled more than once in each direction Intermediate surface sectors are permitted Open jaws are permitted between start and finish points

10. Constructions and Combinations Constructions: not applicable Combinations: end-on combinations: permitted within this rule.

14. Travel Start/End Dates See (3) Seasonality for all requirements 15. Sales Restrictions and Extension of Validity A. Advertising and Sales Ticket stock: Tickets must be issued on the stock of AA/AY/BA/CX/IB/JJ/JL/KA/LA/LP/ MH/QF/QR/RJ/S7/UL/XL/4M. PTA/MCO/MPD/GTR are not permitted

B. Extension of ticket validity Permitted only in the event of illness of the passenger or certified death of an immediate family member/accompanying passenger

16. Changes and Refunds A. Voluntary re-booking and re-routing: Revalidation permitted Changes requiring a reissue are permitted at a fee of EUR30 per reissue

B. Cancellation/no-show/upgrading Prior to departure: 50percent refund After departure: The refund, if any, is the difference between the fare paid and the fare for the journey travelled less 50percent

At any time, the journey may be upgraded to a normal economy or business class fare without penalty. If the higher fare is subsequently cancelled, the original penalty will apply.

C. Additional sectors may be purchased if required during the re-routing transaction

D. In countries other than those where the fares are specified in EUR the per transaction fee is obtained by using the BSR at the time of transaction

E. Local Service Fees may apply

19. Children and Infants Unless otherwise specified Accompanied Child 2-11 – Charge 75 percent of the fare OR - Infant: under 2 without a seat – charge 10 percent of fare

Note: i) If an infant reaches two years of age after travel has commenced but before travel is complete a full Child fare ticket must be purchased for the entire journey. If an infant under the age of two requires a seat, then the full child fare will be charged ii) Unaccompanied children not allowed

Exceptions: For sales in Russia, for travel commencing in Russia: Infant under 2 without a seat not permitted. A full Child fare must be purchased for the entire journey

26. Groups Not permitted
