But the unifying principle at the heart of this Wendy Kaplan work is to make sure that none of us face our most challenging moments alone. Margot Kravette JFS makes good on this endeavor of connection precisely because we exist in Avi Lipman and because of our community. Within the national network of Jewish family and Sara Litt children’s services, our JFS is an anomaly, with nearly 60 percent of our funding Ed Malakoff coming from individuals and families — a far greater percentage than other Joan Morse organizations providing similar services. We admire the work of the Food Bank and the expertise that JFS has in refugee resettlement. We particularly appreciate the counseling and referral services and how this staff is able to sensitively handle the needs of aging individuals and people with disabilities.
