The objective was to reveal the preferences of German and French higher education students and young professionals on career website content and features. The results of the thesis are supposed to help the company with the development and launch of a new website in 2020. The investigative questions focus on the strengths and weaknesses of the current career website of the company, on website content, visuals and usability, on the reasons for visiting a career website, and the importance of career websites. The results were used to give recommendations to the case company. The theoretical part of the thesis covers employer branding and breaks it down into external employer brand and employee value proposition. The content, design and usability possibilities of career websites are also discussed. The thesis uses qualitative research to reveal the current state of the career website of the case company with the help of an actual state analysis and a competitor analysis. The results reveal the importance of a new career website for the company as the website performs worse than all others in comparison. A quantitative research method in the form of an online survey was also used. -

M ÌÀØÈÍÎÑÒÐÎÅÍÈÅ È ÑÌÅÆÍÛÅ ÎÒÐÀÑËÈ Interview with Francis Bernard, President of Dassault Systemes Russia Corp. Aleksandra Soukhanova, Youri Berjoza (Observer) Francis Bernard was born in Hanoi. In 1965, he graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace. He entered in Dassault Aviation in 1967 as an engineer in Theoretical Aerodynamics. He specialized in the theoretical engineer- ing and construction of aircrafts. There, he invented the CAD/CAM, from which CATIA was brought to light in 1977 – the first 3D application of its kind. For his inven- tion, Mr. Bernard was prized by the French Academie Nationale de l’Air et de l’Espace, by the Aviation Week & Space Technology journal, and also by the US National Air & Space museum. To push the development/enhancement of CATIA, Francis founded Dassault Syst¢mes (DS) (as a sister com- pany of Dassault Aviation) and became its first President. Under his leadership DS made a Partnership Agreement with IBM for the sales and the support of CATIA world- wide. In 1995, Mr. Bernard became the Executive Adviser to the new President of DS, and Member of the company’s Executive Committee. Geeta is repository of spiritual wealthf By : Editor Published On : 21 Dec, 2020 05:00 PM IST INVC NEWS Shimla, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur inaugurated the 5th International Geeta Seminar organised by Kurukshetra Development Board at Kurukshetra today. The theme of the three day long Seminar this year is ' Satat Astitva aur Shreemadbhagwat Gita Darshan'. This Seminar is being organised on the occasion of International Gita Mahotsav by Haryana Government from 17th to 25th December, 2020. Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister stressed upon preserving and promoting the treasure of spiritual knowledge of Bhagvad Gita and underlined the importance of teaching it to younger generation. He said that Geeta is repository of spiritual wealth and teaches us to live our lives according to the principles of Dharma. He said that it also teaches us about practical aspects of life and is relevant in present times also. He said that it teaches us about the principle of Karma and inspire us to accord importance to our duty without expecting results. He further appreciated that as this year the Seminar is being conducted online and many people are joining through virtual mode from various places in India and abroad. He lauded the endeavour because it will enable young generation to access the wisdom of Geeta. He said that though COVID-19 has posed lot of challenges yet it has united families and people through technology. He said that it has strengthened family bonds especially in villages people united as lot of people came back from various cities in country as well as abroad. -

Gurugram University, Gurugram Admission Brochure for admission to UG/PG courses in affiliated colleges for the session 2020-21 (Campus: - Rao Tula Ram College of Commerce & Science, Sec. 51, Gurugram) I GURUGRAM UNIVERSITY, GURUGRAM (Established by the State Legislature Act 17 of 2017) Dear Principals/ Director, As per the Notification No. S.O. 9/H.A. 17/2017/S. 4/2019 dated 15th February, 2019 the Colleges/ Institutions situated in the Districts of Gurugram and Nuh either Government or Non-Government have been affiliated with Gurugram University from the session 2019-20 which has been further endorsed by the Hon’ble High Court in its order dated 10th Sept. in CWP 9563/2019. Students to be admitted from the coming session will be registered with this University whereas the students already registered shall complete their course of study for awards of degree by MDU, Rohtak. The new academic session shall commence w.e.f. 13th Oct. 2020 and 01st Nov 2020 for UG and PG Programs respectively and the process of admission to various UG, PG and other courses in the colleges needs to be started well before the start of session. Accordingly, the University has prepared the Admission Brochure, which includes the schedule of Admissions and also other guidelines for admission for the session 2020-21. It is my sincere advice to all the Principals to make admission in a fair and transparent manner. If any problem arises the University shall resolve the same. All sorts of help will be provided to the candidates coming for admission. Higher education in the present scenario is a challenging task especially in view of National Education Policy 2020 and it becomes our collective responsibility to accept the challenges. -

MP govt launches ‘Roadmap to Aatma Nirbhar Madhya Pradesh’: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan has launched a roadmap to “Aatma Nirbhar Madhya Pradesh 2023” through a virtual event. Under the roadmap, a special focus will be on health and education in the state. About Aatma Nirbhar Madhya Pradesh 2023: Four seminars were conducted on physical infrastructure, good governance, health and education to prepare the roadmap of the state. On the basis of the inputs received by the experts in the seminar, the roadmap of Aatma Nirbhar Madhya Pradesh has been prepared. Economy and employment will also be major focus areas and small and cottage industries will be motivated. A network of hospitals will be established in the state focusing on the health sector. Along with launching the roadmap to Aatma Nirbhar Madhya Pradesh, the chief minister also transferred the interest-free loan of 10 thousand rupees each into the accounts of rural street vendors under the Mukhya Mantri rural Street Vendor Loan Scheme. The scheme was launched by the state government to provide a loan up to Rs 10,000 to street vendors in rural areas. Under the scheme, the state government will bear 14% interest subsidy per loan beneficiary (for loans up to Rs 10,000).
