Description for Clearview HIV ½ Stat-Rapid Test/Kit and Clearview HIV ½ Sure Check Rapid Test/Kit These kits are single use diagnostic blood tests for visual detection of antibodies to HIV 1 and HIV 2 and the results are available in 15 minutes. These kits are FDA approved and suitable for field use in clinics, community based organizations and health departments. This commodity will be supplied by Maryhaven Center of Hope and is available for all State Agencies. Work for persons with disabilities will include the following steps: Assemble components for each kit and place in pouch, seal pouch, form master carton with product label, count out proper number of pouches for master carton, insert 1 each – product insert, customer letter and quick reference guide; bulk stack master cartons on pallets and shrink wrap. DEF will be required on diesel engines manufactured in 2010 and forward. This commodity will be supplied by Montgomery ARC/Liberty Enterprises and will be available to all State Agencies. Work for persons with disabilities will include the following steps: Unload/quarantine material until tested; perform incoming material quality control; fill drum or totes; label drums and totes; photocopy, fold insert into Packing Slip, and affix MSDS to drums and totes; palletize drums and totes and stretch wrap palletized containers. The raw material supplier for this item will be Brenntag North America, Inc. of Liverpool, NY. It is anticipated that this commodity will provide jobs for 1 or 2 individuals with disabilities. Description for Thermal Paper Rolls Commonly referred to as Point of Sale (POS) thermal receipt paper rolls. They consist of a special fine paper that is used particularly in devices such as adding machines, cash registers, computers, ATM, credit card terminals and other similar machines. The rolls will be offered in 3 various lengths. This commodity will be supplied by ARC Oneida Lewis. Work for persons with disabilities will include the following steps: receiving materials per roll, cut roll to width and seal end flap by applying glue, place roll in carton, assemble and seal case and print and apply bar code label, stack on pallet and film wrap pallets. The raw material supplier for this product is POS Paper.Com of Jacksonville, FL. and Uline of Waukegan, IL. Thousands of other books, including many of the most important and unusual, never found their way into my catalogues, having been quickly sold before their descriptions could appear in print. In the last fifteen years, since my Catalogue 100 appeared, many truly exceptional books passed through my hands. Of these, I would like to mention three. The first, sold in 2003 was a copy of the first edition in Latin of the Columbus Letter of 1493. This is now in a private collection. In 2004, I was offered a book which I scarcely dreamed of owning: the Narratio Prima of Rheticus, printed in 1540. Presenting the first announcement of the heliocentric system of Copernicus, this copy in now in the Linda Hall Library in Kansas City, Missouri. Both of the books were sold before they could appear in my catalogues. Finally, the third book is an absolutely miraculous uncut copy in the original limp board wallet binding of Galileo’s Sidereus Nuncius of 1610. Appearing in my Catalogue 178, this copy was acquired by the Library of Congress. This is the first and, probably the last, “personal” catalogue I will prepare.
