BOLETIN 4517 DE REGISTROS DEL 18 ENERO DE 2017 PUBLICADO 19 ENERO DE 2017 Para Los Efectos Señalados En El Artículo 70 Del Có BOLETIN 4517 DE REGISTROS DEL 18 ENERO DE 2017 PUBLICADO 19 ENERO DE 2017 Para los efectos señalados en el artículo 70 del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo, se informa que: Contra los actos de inscripción en el registro mercantil que aparecen relacionados en el presente boletín proceden los recursos de reposición y de apelación. Contra el acto que niega la apelación procede el recurso de queja. El recurso de reposición deberá interponerse ante la misma Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, para que ella confirme, aclare o revoque el respectivo acto de inscripción. El recurso de apelación deberá interponerse ante la misma Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, para que la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio confirme, aclare o revoque el acto de inscripción expedido por la primera entidad. El recurso de queja deberá interponerse ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, para que ella determine si es procedente o no el recurso de apelación que haya sido negado por la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá. Los recursos de reposición y apelación deberán interponerse por escrito dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a esta publicación. El recurso de queja deberá ser interpuesto por escrito dentro de los cinco días siguientes a la notificación del acto por medio del cual se resolvió negar el de apelación. Al escrito contentivo del recurso de queja deberá anexarse copia de la providencia negativa de la apelación. Los recursos deberán interponerse dentro del término legal, expresar las razones de la inconformidad, expresar el nombre y la dirección del recurrente y 1 relacionar cuando sea del caso las pruebas que pretendan hacerse valer. Adicionalmente, los recursos deberán presentarse personalmente por el interesado o por su representante o apoderado debidamente constituido. These posters showcase the vibrant research being conducted as part of summer programs and during the academic year at colleges and universities from across the United States and beyond. It is so rewarding to see this session, which offers such a great opportunity for interaction between students and professional mathematicians, continue to grow. The judges you see here today are professional mathematicians from institutions around the world. They are advisors, colleagues, new PhDs, and administrators. The TB mini-epidemiology review conducted just ahead of the JMM was led by Dr. Patrick Moonan. At the conclusion of the JMM eld visits and thematic team deliberations, team leads presented respective executive summaries with top-line recommendations to senior ofcials from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India, including Mr. Sanjeeva Kumar, Dr. Arun Kumar Panda, Ms. Vandana Gurnani, Mr. Vikas Sheel, Dr. KS Sachdeva; senior ofcials from WHO including Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, Dr. Tereza Kasaeva, Dr. Henk Bekedam; and a wider international, national and state audience. The MoHFW ofcials shared their reections and commitments for action while the WHO ofcials followed by representatives from Global Coalition of TB Activists, Stop TB Partnership, Medecins Sans Frontieres, and Alliance India also shared their reections and expressed their continued commitment to support India in ending TB by 2025. Sweeney This thesis examines the impact of the press during the Hatfield and McCoy feud of 1882-1890. This study was inspired by a History Channel program about the infamous feud, which discussed how the coverage of the feud may have influenced yellow journalism and Appalachian stereotypes. The Hatfield-McCoy feud was a bloody border war that occurred along the Tug River Valley, which separated Kentucky and West Virginia. By examining how the press covered the feud in newspapers and the era’s dime novels this thesis argues that sensational journalism was occurring as early as 1888—instead of the generally accepted date of 1895.

Terraciano, Co-Chair It had been believed that Nahuatl recordkeeping, the focus of a whole movement of central Mexican ethnohistory, had halted by 1800. The author then discovered a large cache of Nahuatl testaments from communities in the Metepec area in the first decades of the nineteenth century, the independence period. The present study, based on those materials, brings native- language ethnohistory a full generation forward in time and is the first to look at indigenous communities in the independence years from the inside. The continued production of Nahuatl testaments itself shows a cultural persistence; the content of the testaments shows most features of local life still operating much as before. The ii greatest surprise was that in the corpus women testators and property owners outnumber men, making up almost two-thirds of the total, thus reversing the traditional proportions. In chapters on writing, religious practices, the household complex, and non-household land, interrelated blocks of local sociocultural life are portrayed and analyzed against the background of Nahua life in previous centuries.
