Pôle Caen Sud Centre médico-Psychologique Les centres médico-psychologiques sont des unités d’accueil et de coordination en milieu ouvert qui organisent des actions de prévention, de diagnostic, de soins ambulatoires. Un justificatif d’identité vous sera demandé lors de votre premier rendez-vous. Le premier contact est assuré par un infirmier. A l’issue de celui- ci, il peut vous être proposé un suivi sur du plus long terme ou une orientation vers des consultations de psychiatre, psychologue ou des entretiens avec un(e) assistant(e) social(e) selon vos besoins. Les soins ne donnent pas lieu à un paiement direct mais ils sont pris en charge par l’assurance maladie. As the german armorials turned out to demand more time than expected, I felt that my preliminary efforts on this english armorial should be made available, though much of the analysis is still incomplete. Dr. Paul A. Fox, who kindly made his transcription of the Society of Antiquaries manuscript available, is currently working on a series of articles on this armorial, the first of which appeared in 2008. His transcription and the notices in the DBA was the basis of the current draft, which was supplemented and revised by comparison with the manuscripts in College of Arms and the Society of Antiquaries. The the assistance and hospitality of the College of Arms, their archivist Mr. Robert Yorke, and the Society of Antiquaries is gratefully acknowledged. The date of this armorial is uncertain, and avaits further analysis, including an estimation of the extent to which older armorials supplemented contemporary observations. This method, which uses long- 13 term hydrometeorological records, is tested on a set of 519 French catchments. 14 We compare a total of five different ways to compute elasticity: the reference method 15 first proposed by Sankarasubramanian et al. (2001) and four alternatives differing in 16 the type of regression model chosen (OLS or GLS, univariate or bivariate). We show 17 that the bivariate GLS and OLS regressions provide the most robust solution, 18 because they account for the co-variation of precipitation and potential evaporation 19 anomalies. We also compare empirical elasticity estimates with theoretical estimates 20 derived analytically from the Turc-Mezentsev formula. 21 Empirical elasticity offers a powerful means to test the extrapolation capacity of those 22 hydrological models that are to be used to predict the impact of climatic changes. 23 24 1.
