Delhi ‐ ‐ Kedarnath ‐ Rudraprayag ‐Badrinath ‐ Joshimath ‐ Rishikesh ‐Haridwar –Delhi

Day 01 : Arrival in Delhi‐

On your arrival in Delhi, meet the our representative and get an assisted transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is booked for leisure activities. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 : Delhi / Haridwar (by train)‐

Once you reach Hardiwar from Delhi by train, you will get an assisted transfer to the hotel. Relax for some time. Later, set out for visiting temples and ashrams. In the evening, get ready to experience the mesmerizing Aarti on Har ki Paudi. This evening Aarti is extremely popular and is one of the major highlights. Haridwar, known as the Gateway to the Gods, is the starting point to the further pilgrim destinations.

Hit the road to reach Rishikesh.

Day 03 : Rishikesh ‐ Rudraprayag (160 Kms: 5 hrs)‐

Early morning, explore Rishikesh (base of Do Dham Yatra) after breakfast. Take a road journey for Rudraprayag, on the way visiting . Check in at the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Rudraprayag is the meeting point of river Alakananda from Badrinath and river Mandakini from Kedarnath. Visit the temples nearby.

Day 04 : Rudraprayag ‐ Kedarnath (75 Kms road journey and 14 Kms Trek)‐

Start morning journey to Gaurikund (do visit the ancient temple of Gauri Mai and Sirkata Ganesha), from where on‐foot journey or pony ride to Kedarnath starts. Carry medicines, glares, trekking shoes and food. Avoid smoking because it is an upward journey. On arrival, check into the hotel. Excursion of , dedicated to Lord . It is situated at 3584 meters above sea level. Night halt.

Day 05 :Kedarnath ‐ Rudraprayag (14 Kms Downward Trekking and 75kms: 3 hrs road journey)‐

Darshan at the temple, early morning. Downward trek to Gaurikund. Lave for Rudraprayag. Via Guptkashi (according to the legends, this is the place where Lord Shiva had hidden from the Pandavas). Night halt at a Rudraprayag hotel.

Day 06 : Rudraprayag ‐ Badrinath (165 Kms: around7 hrs)‐

Road journey to Badrinath, en‐route Joshimath. Check in at the hotel, once you arrive. Spend the day in visiting various temples and other religious sites like , Tapt kund, Narda Kund, Caranpaduka, Mata Murthy temple, Vyas Gufa, Bhim pul etc. Attend evening aarti at the Badrinath Temple. Overnight stay.

Day 07 :Badrinath ‐ Joshimath (44 Kms: around 3 hrs)‐

Joshimath, located above the confluence of rivers Dhauliganga and Alaknanda, is the halting point for the pilgrims going to Badrinath or are on a return journey. Visit an ancient temple of Narasimha, an incarnation of Vishnu. Legends say that this idol is thinning every year. When it will finally breakdown, resulting in a landslide, will cut off Badrinath from the rest of the world.

Day 08 :Joshimath ‐ Rishikesh (254 kms: around 8 hrs)‐

Morning visits to Narsingh Temple and Shankracharaya Math. Return to Rishikesh, one of the most important religious sites of Hindus. It has been home to a large number of yogis from centuries. Visit Neelkanth Mahadev temple, Triveni Ghat, Laxman Jhula. Check –in at the hotel. Staying overnight at the hotel.

Day 09 :Rishikesh – Haridwar‐ Delhi‐

Sightseeing in Rishikesh. After noon transfer to Haridwar railway station to board a train for Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, an assisted transfer to the International airport to catch a flight for the onward journey.

Day 10 :Departure from Delhi‐
