    ALCALDÍA MAYOR DE BOGOTÁ D.C HACIENDA . 2018 Unidad Administrativa Especial Catastro Distrital RESOLUCIÓN JS 0 "Por medio de la cual se ordena la iniciación de la actualización de la formación del catastro de una parte de Bogotá D.C. " La DIRECTORA de la UNIDAD ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIAL DE CATASTRO DISTRITAL -UAECD-, en uso de sus facultades legales, reglamentarias y estatutarias, en especial de las conferidas por Ley 14 de 1983, su Decreto Reglamentario n.° 3496 de 1983, la Resolución IGAC n.° 70 de 2011, demás normas concordantes y CONSIDERANDO Que la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Catastro Distrital - UAECD - ha programado la actualización del Catastro de una parte de Bogotá D.C, que comprende 992 sectores catastrales. Que la actualización proyectada busca mantener al día el censo inmobiliario de la ciudad, minimizando los tiempos que transcurren entre los cambios físicos, jurídicos y económicos de los inmuebles y su incorporación en la base catastral. Que el artículo 77 de la Resolución IGAC n. 70 de 2011 enlista las actividades básicas del proceso de formación catastral. Que el numeral primero del citado artículo señala que la primera actividad de la formación catastral debe ser la expedición y publicación de la resolución que ordena la iniciación del proceso. Que lo explicado en el anterior considerando se halla en concordancia con lo prescrito en el artículo 78 de la mencionada resolución en cuanto aquel señala que "[e]I proceso de formación se inicia con la resolución por medio de la cual se ordena su iniciación en la unidad orgánica catastral, expedida por [...] el funcionario competente en la autoridad catastral correspondiente".

    BOLETIN 5995 DE REGISTROS DEL 04 FEBRERO DE 2021 PUBLICADO 05 FEBRERO DE 2021 Para los efectos señalados en el artículo 70 del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo, se informa que: Contra los actos de inscripción en el registro mercantil que aparecen relacionados en el presente boletín proceden los recursos de reposición y de apelación. Contra el acto que niega la apelación procede el recurso de queja. El recurso de reposición deberá interponerse ante la misma Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, para que ella confirme, aclare o revoque el respectivo acto de inscripción. El recurso de apelación deberá interponerse ante la misma Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, para que la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio confirme, aclare o revoque el acto de inscripción expedido por la primera entidad. El recurso de queja deberá interponerse ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, para que ella determine si es procedente o no el recurso de apelación que haya sido negado por la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá. Los recursos de reposición y apelación deberán interponerse por escrito dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a esta publicación. ABSTRACT The changes in urban morphology, evident in their housing typologies, the increase in housing density, the volume of occupation, the equipment implantation of various kinds, and the structure of public space, raise a number of questions about the factors that favor them. In addition, its relations with environmental problems create the need to structure other ways of managing this change, in order to avoid the deterioration of the urban life quality. This research was based on emerging methodologies to the city's organizational approach and the complexity involved. The objective of the research focused on knowing the patterns that connect urban dynamics in the relationship of social perceptions about change, their relations with the city, and the role of nature in environmental sustainability.

From an urban anthropology perspective, this involves interrogating how diverse actors use environmentalisms in order to generate (or not), what many define as alternative urban development trajectories that take nature into account. Inspired by this strand of work, this thesis examines how the search for such alternative trajectories impacts upon the construction of new ecological and political subjects, subjectivities and identities based on place in these times of change. As an anthropologist interested in cities, I offer here an ethnographic account of how the notion of Ecobarrios has opened different paths, in the construction of eco-political subjects in Bogotá. Ecobarrios emerged as an institutional programme, which was implemented by the Mayor’s Office between 2001 and 2003. It was later (2009) adopted as a local initiative by the dwellers of El Tríangulo in the eastern hills of the city; as a “resistance strategy” to avoid eviction and as a means to improve their living conditions.

Para lo cual, mediante revisión bibliográfica de tipo descriptivo, se realizó la identificación de los cambios más significativos que en materia socio-ecológica ha tenido el río Tunjuelo, recopilando información de diferentes fuentes en periodos de 10 años comprendidos entre 1950 y 1990, así mismo se realizó un análisis multitemporal por medio de la fotointerpretación, entre 1998 y 2014 con el fin de determinar los principales cambios demográficos de la cuenca. Esta investigación se realiza teniendo en cuenta que actualmente no se contempla la solución a los problemas ambientales a partir del entendimiento de la compleja interacción hombre – naturaleza; interacción, que es de vital importancia para el entendimiento del papel de la sociedad dentro del ecosistema aunado a una correcta planeación y toma de decisiones.

For Bogotá, complying with the standards of sanitary reformers and the governing elite was a social, technological, and environmental control endeavor. Tilly This dissertation is about climate resettlements, and the challenges to this practice, posed by the housing market in Bogota, Colombia. Specifically, it focuses on the resettlement strategy proposed by Petro’s city administration in its Bogota Humana development plan (2012-2016). Climate resettlements, unlike other types of resettlements, aim to relocate people who live in areas which climate model projections show are potentially at risk of disasters caused by floods, landslides and torrential rains. Implicated in Bogota Humana’s resettlement outcome are two defining features of the city’s housing market, a large and growing housing deficit, and the informal development of housing in the urban periphery. They raise questions of the particular ii housing strategy connected to the resettlements. How did the Petro administration negotiate the city’s housing deficit? How did it intervene in the city’s informal housing markets? Borrowing from political ecology and the emerging critiques of social-ecological systems theory (Adger 2006, Pelling 2011, Hodson &Marvin 2010) this dissertation relies on a political and economic frame to examine the role played by the housing market in this case of climate resettlements.
