Due to the desirable school catchment area and the accommodation being predominantly all-on-the-level, the property will appeal to both families and clients looking to downsize. The property was extensively modernised and extended between 2015 and 2016, to provide a beautiful blend of modern, contemporary finishes, along with the traditional appeal of a period bungalow. The flexible five apartment layout allows the property to be utilised as either a three or four bedroom home, depending on preference, and Planning Permission has been passed to further extend the upper level over the existing rear extension, to provide an additional bedroom (East Dunbartonshire Planning Reference – TP/ED/19/0534). The property comes complete with gas central heating, double glazing, considerable off-street driveway parking and a detached garage. The rear garden has been professionally landscaped to a high standard in the last twelve months and now features a deck, raised flower beds and a luscious re-laid lawn.
