We also have some small oak trees - about 8 to 10 inches in height. These came from Woodland Trust in late 2019 and we were going to plant with school children in Feb/March 2020, but were not able to due to Covid restrictions. “ 5. New Changing Rooms at Woodland Road – Written Update to Follow 6. Update from Hwb 22/02/21 - The tennis courts Planning process - Amendments have been agreed and landlord consent has been granted, there was a hold up with the consent due to the TCBC officer leading on it retiring in December but this has now been resolved . Contracts with Welsh Padel signed & work will start in the coming weeks, first thing to happen is we can expect the fencing to be taken down all around and a temp fence put up and some groundwork prep. 7. We hold the names of all members, the tower and Branch they are affiliated to (or “unattached” if appropriate), their class of membership (Ringing Member, Honorary Life Member, Non-Resident Life Member), and whether they are entitled to a discount on their subscription according to the rules of the Branch (for example, they may be entitled to reduced membership as a Junior). The data is provided by the member, or the person nominating them for membership, at the time they are proposed for membership, and is held by the Branch Treasurers in electronic and paper format. A copy of the list for each tower is sent to the Tower Correspondents annually, and they are asked to confirm that the data is still accurate, or to make changes as necessary. Under the General Data Protection Regulations, and Data Protection Act 2018, the lawful basis we rely on for processing this data is the Legitimate Interest of the Association, to determine eligibility of people to stand for Office, to vote at General Meetings, and to ring Peals for the Association.
