Matters Arising from the Minutes of the Meeting 10.02.21 - Trees for Site on the Highway “ We have a fair number of self seeded Beech trees up at Blaen Bran, from 6 inches to 24 inches or more in height, so happy to offer some of these. We also have some small oak trees - about 8 to 10 inches in height. These came from Woodland Trust in late 2019 and we were going to plant with school children in Feb/March 2020, but were not able to due to Covid restrictions. “ 5. New Changing Rooms at Woodland Road – Written Update to Follow 6. Update from Hwb 22/02/21 - The tennis courts Planning process - Amendments have been agreed and landlord consent has been granted, there was a hold up with the consent due to the TCBC officer leading on it retiring in December but this has now been resolved . Contracts with Welsh Padel signed & work will start in the coming weeks, first thing to happen is we can expect the fencing to be taken down all around and a temp fence put up and some groundwork prep. 7. Litter and Fly-Tipping Prevention Plan – Consultation Ends 22cd April 2021 * 8. Alternative use of BT Payphones * 9. Review of project plan * 10.
