Ihsahn to Premiere New Show at Inferno 2020
IHSAHN TO PREMIERE NEW SHOW AT INFERNO 2020 We can reveal that Ihsahn is currently in the studio putting the final touches on brand new material to be released via Candlelight Records. For Inferno 2020, Ihsahn will be perform this new material live for the first time, premiering a specialized set rooted in the blackest corners of his musical palette: "The music I’m working on distills the most basic, black metal aesthetics of my music. Keeping to rather traditional arrangements and expressed with Norwegian lyrics, I explore the core elements of my musical background. These new songs will form the basis for some conceptualized shows, which I shall debut at Inferno in 2020." At only seventeen he recorded and performed “In the Nightside Eclipse”, which has many times been voted as one of the top metal albums of all time. After Emperor released their last album, “Prometheus - The Discipline of Fire & Demise” in 2001, Ihsahn has focused on is solo work and has by now released seven albums under the name Ihsahn. Now Ihsahn will return to Inferno Metal Festival for a special premiere of his new show. Using Green Man Festival As a Case Study

It is the result of my own independent research except where otherwise stated.” Name: Victoria Curran Signed: ii Abstract This research study was carried out in order to explore the different methods of marketing that Green Man Festival utilises, to discover how successful they are, and whether they have changed and developed throughout the years. The study intended to critically review the literature surrounding festivals and festival marketing theories, in order to provide conclusions supported by theory when evaluating the effectiveness of the promotional strategies. It aimed to discover how modern or digital marketing affected Green Man’s promotional techniques, to assess any identified promotional techniques and identify any connections with marketing theory, to investigate how they promote the festival towards their target market, and to finally provide recommendations for futuristic methods of promotion. The dissertation was presented coherently, consisting of five chapters. The first chapter was the introduction, providing a basic insight into the topics involved. The second contains a critical literature review where key themes were identified; the third chapter discussed the methodology used whilst the fourth chapter presents the results that were discovered, providing an analysis and discussion. The final chapter summarises the study, giving recommendations and identifying any limitations of the study. -

Before radio, film, and journalism deflected the energies of authors and audiences alike, literary forms such as popular verse, song lyrics, biographies, memoirs, letters, novels, reviews, essays, children’s books, and drama generated a golden age of letters incompara- ble in Western history. Nineteenth-Century Major Lives and Letters presents a series of original biographical, critical, and scholarly stud- ies of major figures evoking their energies, achievements, and their impact on the char- acter of this age. Projects to be included range from works on Blake to Hardy, Erasmus Darwin to Charles Darwin, Wordsworth to Yeats, Coleridge and J. S. Mill, Joanna Baillie, Jane Austen, Sir Walter Scott, Byron, Shelley, Keats to Dickens, Tennyson, George Eliot, Browning, Hopkins, Lewis Carroll, Rudyard Kipling, and their contemporaries. The series editor is Marilyn Gaull, PhD from Indiana University. She has served on the faculty at Temple University, New York University, and is now Research Professor at the Editorial Institute at Boston University. She brings to the series decades of experience as editor of books on nineteenth century literature and culture. She is the founder and editor of The Wordsworth Circle, author of English Romanticism: The Human Context, publishes edi- tions, essays, and reviews in numerous journals and lectures internationally on British Romanticism, folklore, and narrative theory. -
