The Keysight Technologies, Inc. PSG signal generators (PSG) provide excellent signal power, resolution, stability, and analog modulation performance for coaxial applications to 67 GHz. Now, when paired with new, high power mm-wave source modules from OML, Inc., much of the PSG’s capability can be extended up to 500 GHz to meet the require- ments of emerging mm-wave applications. Characteristics of the millimeter-wave spectrum While it is generally recognized that mm-wave frequencies are between 30 GHz and 300 GHz, factors such as broadband solid state microwave electronics, relatively low atmospheric absorption of signals < 50 GHz, the need for high communication band- widths, and advances in coax transmission capabilities have allowed the microwave band to virtually encompass the 30 GHz to 50 GHz frequency applications. The mm-wave spectrum beyond 50 GHz offers many advantages to certain applica- tions. Millimeter-wave wavelengths are small (< 10 mm) which means mm components are smaller than microwave components. This in turn results in smaller, more focused transmit and receive antennas – with apertures that have narrower beam widths and transmissions that suffer less losses in the presence of rain, smoke, fog, and dust. Atmospheric constituents and gases attenuate millimeter signals at different rates for different frequencies. Overall, there are narrow regions (bands) of high signal absorption and wide regions of low signal absorption that occur over the entire millimeter frequency range.

    BELL TERMS OF SERVICE Your service details, these terms of service and any schedules attached to these terms of service (“Schedules”), along with any amendments, all taken together form the entire contract (“Contract”) between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Bell Canada and/or (based on which services you subscribe to) a related Bell company (“Bell” or “we”). You should review the entire Contract. All of the parts are important and together create a legal agreement that applies to you once you have accepted it. If you order Bell Internet and/or Bell TV (see Section 2), you may also be provided with a critical information summary that sets out key elements of your agreement with Bell. Bell relies upon your word that you have reached the legal age of majority and are authorized to enter into this Contract. To help you to understand your rights and obligations under this Contract, these terms of service are written in a question and answer format. 1. How do I accept my Contract with Bell? You accept this Contract on the earlier of the date: (a) you receive a copy of these terms of service; (b) you receive the Equipment (see Section 46) at your Service Address (see Section 15); (c) installation has commenced; or (d) you access or use Bell Services (see Section 2), unless otherwise determined by applicable laws. You understand and agree that you are bound by this Contract, now and in the future. 2. What is covered by this Contract? This Contract is for Bell Services. The “Bell Services” or “Services” (as they will be called in this Contract) include the installation and provision of Internet Services (“Bell Internet”), Home phone Services (“Bell Home phone”), Internet Protocol Television Services (“Fibe™ TV”), Satellite Television Services (“Direct-to-Home” or “DTH”), and Alternative Internet Protocol Television Services (“Fibe TV App”), Programming (see Section 37) and any additional features.
