The most primitive antigravity technology is electrogravitic. This involves using voltages in the millions of volts to disrupt the ambient gravitational field. This results in an 89% reduction in gravity's hold on airframes in such vehicles as the B-2 Stealth Bomber and the TR3-B Astra triangular craft. And given the considerable ambient ionization field I observed around the X-22A, it is reasonable to assume that extreme-voltage electrogravitics is also employed with these craft. The next level up of sophistication is magnetogravitic. This involves generating high-energy toroidal fields spun at incredible rpm's, which also disrupts the ambient gravitational field, indeed to the extent that a counterforce to Earth's gravitational pull is generated. The early British aeronautical engineers called this dynamic counterbary . This may have been used in some earlier American saucers and prototypes, but I have only been told that the secret Nautilus spacefaring craft uses magnetic pulsing, which appears to utilize this technology. The third level of sophistication, that used in the more modern American antigravity craft, is direct generation and harnessing of the gravitational strong force. Such a strong-force field extends slightly beyond the atomic nucleus of Element 115, an exotic element donated by Star Visitor scientist-consultants to human scientists at S-4, a secret base south of Area 51. By amplifying that exposed gravitational strong force, and using antimatter reactor high energy, and then directing it, it is possible to lift a craft from the Earth and then change directions by vectoring the shaped antigravity force field thus generated. McKinnon "stumbled" into Johnson's systems and said he found a high definition picture of a large cigar shaped object over the northern hemisphere. He said that he was so shocked by the picture that he didn't think to immediately save it. He also said that the file size was so large that is was difficult to view it on his computer. Eventually his connection was lost, and so was the picture. The most shocking find to McKinnon, the one he thought would be his ace in the hole negotiating with the US government, what he "stumbled" on and found in the systems of US Space Command. McKinnon says he found a log that listed non-terrestrial officers. He doesn't believe that these were aliens, but he believes this to be evidence that the US military has a secret battalion in space. Some of these logs were ship to ship transfers. The names of two of the ships he saw on the transfer logs were the USSS LeMay and the USSS Hillenkoetter. Typically. Navy ship names just have two S', an acronym for United States Ship, however there are three S' here, presumably standing for United States Space Ship. The names of the ships are also significant. Information has come into the public's attention which suggests that Lockheed has been working in the "black" on a discoid-shaped aircraft. Not only does this aircraft utilise antigravitic propulsion, but the discs are believed to be equipped with highly advanced particle beam weaponry. Lockheed does hold the patents on disc-shaped passenger aircraft, so it is not unreasonable to assume they have also (successfully) investigated the possibility of creating such craft as military platforms. Colonel Steve Wilson, USAF (deceased) stated that black military astronauts trained at a secret aerospace academy and later would operate out of Beale and Vandenberg Air Force Bases in California. From those bases, these military astronauts regularly fly trans-atmospherically and out into space. One of the aerospace craft they use, Colonel Wilson reported, is the X-22A, Lockheed's two-man anti-gravity disc craft. Evidence for the existence of the X-22A first came to light during Operation Desert Storm when American soldiers (and most likely Iraqi soldiers as well) made sightings of disc-shaped craft in the desert hovering near to U.S. officers. People also made claims of seeing these craft fire intense beams of light that removed any trace of what previously sat at the location, apart from a circular charcoal-like burn mark on the ground. A Desert Storm soldier stated the following: "In the first days film footage and especially Video-cams which a large number of G.I.s had were impounded so they wouldn`t capture any sensitive material." Dr. Richard Boylan states the following about the X-22A: "The described disc was clearly an antigravity levitating aerial weapons platform in the U.S. arsenal, possibly a Lockheed X-22A two-man discoid craft, the real DarkStar, (of which the unmanned drone X-22 DarkStar is a front "cover" aircraft program to disguise this manned antigravity fighter disc.) Further, it appears that the real DarkStar manned discs come equipped with the latest Neutral Particle Beam weapons, which take apart the target at the molecular level. ET craft do not incinerate humans. Only human military fighters are so deployed. So this report does not deal with any extraterrestrial event. "The Polysemy of Privacy " considers the highly protean nature of the concept of "privacy," which extends to myriad disparate legal interests, including nondisclosure, generalized autonomy interests, and even human dignity. For a concept of such central importance to many systems of protectingfundamental rights, its precise contours are surprisingly ill defined This lack of determinate meaning is not limited to the concept of privacy in the United States; virtually all legal systems that utilize privacy (or its first cousin, "dignity") have difficulty reducing the concept into specific, carefully delineated legal interests. In some respects, privacy means everything-and nothing-at the same time. Moreover, even in those contexts where one can identify privacy at a relatively choate, rather than highly abstract, level of jurisprudentialanalysis, the right of privacy often comes into direct conflict with other fundamental rights. It argues that the MHM attempts to combine two functions of the museum: the museum as forum and the museum as temple. By examining the concept underpinning the reor- ganization of the permanent exhibition of the MHM, and by bringing examples from both the permanent and temporary exhibitions, the article shows that the discourse of the MHM presents some relevant compatibilities with the principles of agonistic memory, yet does not embrace agonism to the full.

    FREE SPEECH MEETS FREE ENTERPRISE IN THE UNITED STATES AND GERMANY* Thomas Lundmark" INTRODUCriON Society finds itself in a state of fundamental transformation, of progression to a new epoch. Futurists, as they call themselves nowadays, talk of a new "paradigm" in which the institution of the nation-state is in decline.' Society is evolving. New values and new hierarchies are being ushered in. In this process, the influence of government is waning and that of private or "free" enterprise is waxing. This Article seeks to expose and analyze this process or "paradigm shift." This exposition is peppered with examples, that is, with evidence that is suggestive rather than conclusive. This is so because the process is evolutionary, not revolutionary; the victory of a society and legal order focused on enterprise, over one centered on nation-states, is not yet assured. Nevertheless, if society does indeed continue to progress as imagined in this Article, then certain values of the existing order will be pitted against those of the new. And the confrontation will make itself felt in general in every aspect of public life and in the legal order and regime in particular.2 The confrontation between the old and new hierarchies is investigated in this article by the collision between two representative core values. This study analyzes nine personal interviews conducted between 2001 and 2004 to address how German soldiers and war prisoners remember their “private” experiences of the rupture of Germany‟s defeat and their transnational relations with U.S. personnel in captivity. By employing popular memory theory, it will investigate how German veterans, sixty years after the war, compose private memories and senses of self in the persistent shadows of their National Socialist past.

Eberle * In this Article, Professor Edward Eberle provides a comparative overview of constitutional safeguards affecting religious freedom in Germany and the United States. Specifically, the author analyzes the German and American approaches to the free exercise of religion within their respective constitutional systems. The result is an illuminating exposition that provides much insight for comparative and constitutional scholars. In the years following the Second World War, religious freedoms in Germany developed along similar, individualist paths to those found in the United States Constitution. However, unlike the Constitution, the Basic Law's provisions touching on religious liberty are detailed and quite elaborate and, further, arise from a cultural milieu characterized by cooperation between church and state. Recently, America has witnessed an evolution in the way the United States Supreme Court treats the free exercise of religion--from a fundamental right, protected as such by the courts through the employment of an exacting review of impinging legislation, to a value that is to be considered in the democratic process but which may, ultimately, yield to neutral legislation. Professor Eberle posits that an analysis of developments in Germany in the post-World War II period yields valuable insight into the remarkable shift in jurisprudence that has occurred in the United States.

Carmi* ABSTRACT This Article offers an original comparative model for assessing free- dom of expression among Western democracies through the combined lenses of human dignity and liberty. Such a new model is necessary because of two fundamental flaws in our current understanding of free expression: incoherence and inaccurate terminology. This Article addresses the pervasive confusion of free expression terminology by first establishing a concrete theoretical framework for the meaning of human dignity and liberty. This makes possible a coherent discussion of freedom of expression across legal systems. This Article next challenges the adequacy of Robert Post’s Constitu- tional Domains model as a comparative free speech model and explains why human dignity and liberty serve as the best criteria for comparative assessment of free speech. To implement its model, this Article then turns to Germany and the United States as paradigmatic examples of dignity-based and liberty- based systems respectively. It analyzes these two prominent legal sys- tems and then explores essential traits of the free speech principles in these systems.
