    Aménagement d’un itinéraire cyclable entre les communes de : ROCHECORBON – TOURS – SAINT CYR SUR LOIRE FONDETTES LUYNES SAINT ETIENNE DE CHIGNY CONCERTATION PUBLIQUE SUPPORT DE PRESENTATION REGISTRE D’OBSERVATIONS Janvier 2021 Présentation du projet et propositions d’aménagement Itinéraire cyclable d’Est en Ouest reliant les communes de Saint Etienne de Chigny, Luynes, Fondettes, Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, Tours et Rochecorbon Objectifs du projet (rappel de l’arrêté) : Le projet de réalisation de l’itinéraire cyclable, objet de la présente concertation, répond aux objectifs suivants : Créer d’un itinéraire cyclable sécurisé et cohérent dans son tracé et en connexion avec les aménagements existants, Résorber les quelques discontinuités, en tenant compte des réseaux cyclables des différentes communes traversées par l’itinéraire, Sécuriser et faciliter les trajectoires « vélo » en prenant en compte la circulation piétonne et PMR (à dissocier ou à intégrer selon l’environnement, le contexte et la réglementation en vigueur), Embellir si besoin l’espace par du mobilier et des plantations, Améliorer, sécuriser et mettre en valeur les aménagements par un éclairage efficient, fonctionnel, adapté et suffisant si nécessaire, Rendre lisible le cheminement créé avec la mise en place d’une signalisation et d’une signalétique adéquate en cohérence avec la politique métropolitaine. Les modalités de la concertation avec le public sont les suivantes : 1/ Un dossier de présentation du projet, mis en ligne sur le site de la Métropole. et mis à disposition du public au siège de la Métropole et dans chacune des mairies, aux jours et heures habituels d’ouverture au public. 2/ Le public peut exprimer et faire connaître ses observations tout au long de la concertation (registre mis à disposition aux lieux de consultation (accueil des Mairies), courrier postal, courrier électronique).
