Altaneve Prosecco is the highest quality Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. This micro-production wine contains handpicked, 100% naturally grown Glera grapes that are cultivated on the steep foothills of the Italian in Valdobbiadene. Altaneve’s master oenologist employs generations of expertise to create the wine’s elegant floral bouquet, balanced acidity and crisp character that are complex yet approachable with an exquisitely fine perlage that distinguishes Altaneve from other sparkling wines. Altaneve can be enjoyed as an aperitivo, as an ideal accompaniment to fish, poultry, vegetables and dessert, or as a celebratory drink on special occasions. Altaneve Rosé is an exclusive blend of 70% Pinot Nero grapes from the Oltrepò Pavese region in the hills of northwestern Italy, and 30% Glera grapes from the Valdobbiadene hills in northeastern Italy. This unique blend showcases each ’s best qualities with a round flavor profile and a clean, balanced finish. Altaneve Rosé has a lovely blush color and a wonderful full flavor that is both delicate and intense, with a lively bouquet of fruity and floral notes. The maturation of the wine combined with the extended secondary fermentation develop a crisp body, a persistent perlage and an elegant finesse. The exotic character of Altaneve Rosé can be enjoyed with an array of different foods from fish to cheese to spicy tomato sauces, or by itself as an aperitivo. Altaneve Z is a micro production wine that we hand- on a 2000 year-old in Valdobbiadene with 60+ year old vines. This small plot can only produce 1,500 bottles per year, and it is worth all of the toil, because the terroir bestows an amazing minerality on the wine. Our oenologist has spent over a decade perfecting this wine, using a super- extended secondary fermentation for the wine, unlike any other Prosecco on the market. Sitting on the yeasts for such an extended period, the wine has the depth and complexity of a , yet maintains the typical crisp, freshness of a great Prosecco. With this winemaking technique, the perlage, balance, and elegant finesse of the wine are unique and spectacular. Altaneve Z’s delicate floral bouquet boasts hints of apricot and spring flowers and pairs perfectly with shellfish, white fish, creamy cheeses, melons, and citrus fruits.
