We offer you the facility to hold your civil in either of our two beautiful function rooms at Pine Ridge.

We include full room set up of chairs, red carpet for the aisle, lectern for the registrar, music system and your event manager on hand to guide you and your guests through your ceremony.

Dry Hire Does Not Include:

Dry Hire - Terms and Conditions:

 Music must finish at Midnight  A full clear down of the Green Room, Baronial Hall and Prep Area is required before you leave the premises.  The venue must be vacated by 01:00am.  You / your catering company will be required to supply a generator for anything to be plugged in due to limited power within the property  All rubbish must be taken out to the bins provided by Pine Ridge and disposed of correctly (Recycling / Bottles / General)  We must receive PLI, PAT, Food Hygiene Certificates from your suppliers and a Signed Disclaimer prior to your arrival.  All items including personal belongings must be taken home the day of the event.  You maybe charged for any damages to Pine Ridge Golf Club or its Inventory  Food must be brought in on the day of the event and must also be taken offsite the same night.  Catering Equipment and Event Facilities must arrive on the day of the event and taken away the same day. (Unless agreed otherwise)

Pricing:

 Dry Hire – All Food and Beverage to be brought in by the client / catering company: £7,000 inc VAT (Any day of the Week)  Dry Hire – With Pine Ridge Bar including Bar Staff £3,500 inc VAT (Any day of the Week)  Our team will be happy to serve and supply drinks throughout your function. This will include a fully stocked bar and glassware. If you choose this option, we will supply all glasses for the entire event to avoid any equipment confusion.  We can confirm if this will be a bar tab or cash / card transaction. The Green Room can accommodate up to 230 people.

Bar License Extension: £50 until 12;30am and exit of the room by 01:00am. Normal license is until Midnight and departure by 12:30am.
