--- == ROOTS & RHYTHM - SALE 01/12/2014 - AND A LETTER TO MY CUSTOMERS === --- Dear Friends Happy New Year! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. NOTE: Regrettably our holiday season was the slowest we've ever seen and it may mean that we will not be able to continue operating our business for very much longer. I am no longer a young man (not by a long shot!) and don't have the energy to pursue ways in which we may be able to promote the business. I would love to be able to settle down and listen to all the music I have gathered over the years in a relaxed setting and with critical reviewing faculties turned off. I would love to see Roots & Rhythm continue and thrive and even if we make it through the current crisis I would still like to get away from the stress of running a business so I am open to having someone else take over and move the company forward. If you are such a person or know such a person please contact me and we can discuss it. This list consists of a sale which we hope will raise enough money to help us get caught up with our suppliers and our taxes as well as some other pressing expenses. This list features 600 titles in all covering all the genres of music we specialize in and featuring books, DVDs and compact discs. This list includes manufacturer?s overstocks and deletions, our own excess inventory and a lot of titles that have been sitting on our shelves that have never been listed before. ***** PLEASE NOTE – SALE EXPIRES, JANUARY 26, 2014 ***** IMPORTANT NOTES * All items are new and unplayed. A few are manufacturers overstocks and cutouts which means that some may have a small hole or cut in the jewel box but they are perfect in every other respect. * Sale price is mostly limited to stock on hand (most only one or two copies) and because many titles are being sold at or below our cost price we will only be able to offer back orders on a small selection of titles. * Because of low prices we cannot answer questions about any of these or hold titles for you. * No returns are permitted except for defectives or titles we ship in error. * When placing your order please be sure to note that you are ordering from this sale list and do not combine with regular orders or you may not get the sale price! * Because of time limitations we have not been able to put this list up on our web site though you will be able find reviews of many of the titles on our site. Please place your order by e-mail, phone, and fax or by letter. If we do not have up to date credit card info for you you should call with the relevant information or, alternatively, you could place a "dummy" order at our web site with a note in the comments field that this is to provide information for your sale purchase. * You may also make your payments via PAYPAL. You should send your payment for merchandise plus shipping to [email protected] In the event that the titles you order are sold out and not reorderable we will issue an immediate refund. This list is going out to all those who have indicated that they would like to receive news from us via e-mail. If, at any time, you do not wish to receive further mail outs please contact us and we will promptly remove your name. Please look this list over carefully - there's a lot of great music here and we hope you will find something that will appeal to you. Happy Hunting! Frank Scott Roots & Rhythm P.O.
