Beaker : A simple container for stirring, mixing and heating liquids commonly used in many laboratories. It is generally cylindrical in shape, with a flat bottom. Erlenmeyer flask : The type of laboratory flask which features a flat bottom, a conical body, and a cylindrical neck.(The tapered sides and narrow neck of this flask allow the contents of the flask to be mixed by swirling, without risk of spillage, making them suitable for titrations.) Volumetric flask(measuring flask or graduated flask) : A piece of laboratory glassware, a type of laboratory flask, calibrated to contain a precise volume at a particular temperature. It is used for precise dilutions and preparation of standard solutions. These flasks are usually pear-shaped, with a flat bottom, and made of glass or plastic. The neck of the volumetric flasks is elongated and narrow with an etched ring graduation marking. Graduated cylinder(measuring cylinder or mixing cylinder) : A piece of laboratory equipment used to measure the volume of a liquid. Graduated cylinders are generally more accurate and precise than laboratory flasks and beakers. However, they are less accurate and precise than volumetric glassware, such as a volumetric flask or volumetric pipette. Burette(buret) : A device used in analytical chemistry for the dispensing of variable, measured amounts of a chemical solution. A volumetric burette delivers measured volumes of liquid. Petri dish : It is a shallow cylindrical glass or plastic lidded dish that biologists use to culture cells. Usually feature rings and/or slots on their lids and bases so that when stacked, they are less prone to sliding off one another. Used to cultivate bacteria and cell. Test tube(culture tube or sample tube) : A common piece of laboratory glassware consisting of a finger-like length of glass or clear plastic tubing, open at the top, usually with a rounded U-shaped bottom. Reagent bottle(media bottle or graduated bottle) : A containers made of glass, plastic, borosilicate or related substances, and topped by special caps or stoppers and are intended to contain chemicals in liquid or powder form for laboratories and stored in cabinets or on shelves. Desiccator : A sealable enclosures containing desiccants used to preserving moisture-sensitive items. A common use for desiccators is to protect chemicals which are hygroscopic or which react with water from humidity. Thermometer : A device that measures temperature or temperature gradient using a variety of different principles. Alcohol burner : A device that makes heat by burning alcohols. Made of stainless steal. It is used to heat objects in laboratories. It give off a smokeless flame, which is also residue-free. It also is used to provide light. Culture dish : It is a shallow cylindrical glass or plastic lidded dish. It has improved cell adhesion through physical surface treatment on its bases. Used to cultivate cell. Culture plate : A containers made of glass, plastic or related substances, and have multiple wells like 6,12,24,48,96 for cultivate cell separately in same plate. It has improved cell adhesion through physical surface treatment on its bases. Culture flask : A containers made of glass, plastic or related substances, and topped by special caps for perfectly sealed or slightly opened condition. Inner surface had processed by special physical surface treatment for adherent cells Tube : A long hollow cylinder used to moving fluids. Eppendorf Tube : It is the benchmark for simple and safe sample preparation from 0.5 to 2.0 mL. Falcon tube(Conical tube) : It is suitable for cell centrifugation applications such as pelleting and separation by density gradients; molecular biology applications including concentrating bacteria for DNA isolation, purification and precipitation of nucleic acids; sample storage and centrifugation of precipitates. Rack : Be used to hold tubes. Micro tube rack : A Square- and round-style racks for incubating 0.5 to 2.0mL microcentrifuge tubes. For convenient transport, agitation and removal from water bath. The preservation box made of the polycarbonate is excellent in heatproof and crashproof. Conical tube rack(Centrifuge tube rack) : It is made of polypropylene. It is used for conical bottom centrifuge tubes suitable for various laboratory applications. Tube rack comes in multicolor. Floating rack : Thaw, cool and incubate samples at elevated or reduced temperatures. High-density polyethylene foam racks float in water baths, tubs, or beakers. Closed-cell foam resists water absorption so racks can be washed and reused. Funnel : A pipe with a wide, often conical mouth and a narrow stem. It is used to channel liquid or fine-grained substances into containers with a small opening. Squeeze bottle : A type of container such as a bottle for dispensing a fluid, that is powered by squeezing the container by exerting pressure with the user's hand. Syringe : A simple pump consisting of a plunger that fits tightly in a tube. It is often used to administer injections, and measure liquids. Syringe filter : A single-use filter cartridge. It is attached to the end of a syringe for use. Pipette tip : The tips are plastic-made tools for single-use. In general, they are made of Polypropylene. Used to transfer fluid single time. You can get reliable results with tips that are certified free of RNase, DNase, DNA and endotoxins. Pipette tip box : The box that contains pipette tip. Box design allows for stacking during autoclave. Latex glove : It is used during medical examinations and procedures that help prevent contamination between caregivers and patients. It is made of different polymers including latex, nitrile rubber, vinyl and neoprene; they come unpowdered, or powdered with cornstarch to lubricate the gloves, making them easier to put on the hands. Weighing dish : It is a disposable dish for weighing, dispensing, or storing applications. Pour boats feature a molded spout for convenient pouring and dispensing Ice bucket : It is ideal for use with dry ice, water ice and salt solutions. It is highly insulative, stackable, unbreakable, lightweight and leak-proof. These containers are made of non-toxic ethyl-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam. Containers will not “sweat” or deform and have a textured finish on the bottom to prevent slipping on the benchtop. Graduated pipette : A type of macro pipette consisting of a long tube with a series of graduations, as on a graduated cylinder or burette, to indicate different calibrated volumes. Pipette aid : It is portable device to transfer some quantities of liquids. It is used by most scientists for safe and convenient pipetting. It is provides three speed range selections for both fill and empty operations. It can be used with both plastic and glass pipets. Variable speed control is provided depending on how much each button is depressed. Pipette fillers pump with thumb wheel : A laboratory tool commonly used in chemistry, biology and medicine to transport a measured volume of liquid, often as a media dispenser. Controlled by thumb wheel. Micro pipette : A laboratory tool commonly used in chemistry, biology and medicine to transport a measured small volume of liquid, often as a media dispenser. It is operated by piston-driven air displacement. It is capable of being very precise and accurate. this equipment must be carefully maintained and calibrated, and users must be trained to exercise correct and consistent technique. Multi channel pipette : A laboratory tool commonly used in chemistry, biology and medicine to transport a measured volume of liquid at multiply in same time. Clamp : A device used to hold an object in a fixed position. Burette clamp : A device used to fasten burette into place on a ring stand Stand : A device used to hold an object in a fixed position vertically. Stirrer bar(magnetic stirrer or magnetic mixer) : It is a laboratory device that employs a rotating magnetic field to cause a stir bar immersed in a liquid to spin very quickly, thus stirring it. Retriever : A device used to pull stirring bars out of containers easily with a magnet. It is inert and non-contaminating. It is available with standard Alnico V or samarium cobalt rare earth magnetic core. It is autoclavable. Loop : It is designed for quantitative procedures such as sampling, serial dilutions, as well as for bacterial inoculation.
