Fort William First Nation Our leadership is well aware that the funding model under the First Nation Garden River First Policing Program is constructive in nature in that it does not provide for equal Nation treatment for our communities. For this reason, we have agreed to sign the agreement under duress as it does not Ginoogaming First Nation meet adequacy or equity standards for pay, pension, benefits and capital planning. Kettle & Stonypoint First Nation The lack of an essential services designation for First Nation police services has served as a barrier to equal treatment with respect to a proper allocation of human resources, support for specialized projects and adequate policing Magnetawan First Nation facilities.
