If a mark is moved, only flag C and a sound signal will be made. • Rules 35, A3 and A5 are changed. Boats not finishing within 20 minutes after the first boat finishing, will be scored DNF. • Rules 60.1(a) and 62.1(a) is changed. A boat cannot protest or request redress to some parts of the Sailing Instructions. • Rule 63.1 and A5 is changes. The Race Committee may, with a hearing give extra points (5 points per incident) to a boat that infringes certain points in the Sailing Instructions. Rules A4 and A5 are changed. A boat that starts later than 4 minutes after her starting signal will be scored DNS.

The organizers together with the International 470 Class Association are pleased to invite 470 sailors to take part in the 2015 Men's 470 Open European Championship (for men crews) and the 2015 Women 470 Open European Championship (for women crews) in Aarhus, Denmark from 27th June to 4th July 2015 [DP] denotes a rule for which the penalty is at the discretion of the International Jury.
