Draft Budget Scrutiny 2014-15: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government’s Draft Budget 2014-15, in roundtable format, from— Fraser Kelly, Chief Executive, Social Enterprise Scotland; David Lonsdale, Assistant Director, CBI Scotland; Gordon McGuiness, Head of Industry Engagement and Employer Offer, Skills Development Scotland; Ruchir Shah, Policy Manager, Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations; Dave Watson, Scottish Organiser, UNISON Scotland; and then from— Dr Sam Gardner, Head of Policy, WWF Scotland; Elizabeth Gore, Deputy Director, Energy Action Scotland; Jenny Hogan, Director of Policy, Scottish Renewables. 2. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2014-15 (in private): The Committee will review the evidence heard earlier in the meeting. Bankruptcy and Debt Advice (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the written evidence and consider its submission to the lead committee on the Financial Memorandum. Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee 26th Meeting, 2013 The Committee will meet at 9.30 am in Committee Room 6 1. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Specified Products from China (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 SSI 2013/221; Landfill (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 SSI 2013/222. 2. Agricultural issues: The Committee will take evidence on a variety of agricultural issues including: agricultural rent reviews; agricultural holdings issues; the Scottish Government’s response to the court ruling on the Salvesen v Riddell case; and the Common Agricultural Policy from— Richard Lochhead, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment, David Barnes, Deputy Director, Agriculture and Rural Development, Fiona Leslie, Policy Manager, Land Tenure, and David Balharry, Project Team Leader, ECHR Compliance Order, Scottish Government. 3. Raasay sporting rights lease: The Committee will take evidence from— Paul Wheelhouse, Minister for Environment and Climate Change, Drew Sloan, Chief Agricultural Officer, and Jonathan Pryce, Director for Agriculture, Food and Rural Communities, Scottish Government. Public Audit Committee 12th Meeting, 2013 The Committee will meet at 10.00 am in Committee Room 4 1. Declaration of interests: Hugh Henry will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Choice of Convener: The Committee will choose a Convener. 3. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5 and 6 in private. 4. Section 23 report - Managing early departures from the Scottish public sector: The Committee will consider a response from the Scottish Government 4 on the Auditor General for Scotland’s report entitled "Managing early departures from the Scottish public sector". 5. Scotland Act 2012: The Committee will consider the written submissions received and its approach to reporting on a framework for auditing the Scottish rate of income tax. 6.
