Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Specified Products from China (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 SSI 2013/221; Landfill (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013 SSI 2013/222. 2. Agricultural issues: The Committee will take evidence on a variety of agricultural issues including: agricultural rent reviews; agricultural holdings issues; the Scottish Government’s response to the court ruling on the Salvesen v Riddell case; and the Common Agricultural Policy from— Richard Lochhead, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment, David Barnes, Deputy Director, Agriculture and Rural Development, Fiona Leslie, Policy Manager, Land Tenure, and David Balharry, Project Team Leader, ECHR Compliance Order, Scottish Government. 3. Scottish Parliament Fact sheet Ministers, Law Officers and Parliamentary Liaison Officers by Cabinet: Session 4 20 May 2016 MSPs: Historical Series This Fact sheet provides a list of all of the Scottish Ministers and Parliamentary Liaison Officer by Cabinet, during Session 4 from 25 May 2011. This fact sheet provides a list of Ministers and Law Officers. The Scotland Act 1998 refers to them as Scottish Ministers, junior Scottish Ministers and Law Officers. The current government calls them Cabinet Secretaries, Ministers and Law Officers. In addition to the First Minister there are currently seven Cabinet Secretaries and thirteen Ministers. Together they make up the Scottish Government. The government is responsible for devolved matters and formulating and implementing policy in these areas. There are also two Law Officers who advise the government on legal matters and represent its interests in court. The final section lists Parliamentary Liaison Officers (PLO) (formerly Ministerial Parliamentary Aides). PLOs are MSPs appointed by the First Minister on the recommendation of Ministers whom they assist in discharging their duties. PLOs are unpaid and are not part of the Scottish Government. S4M-00453#- John Park ( Mid Scotland and Fife ) ( Scottish Labour ) : Supporting Supporters Direct: That the Parliament notes what it considers to be the outstanding assistance that Supporters Direct has given over recent years to football fans' trusts north and south of the border that have sought to take a more active role in the running of their clubs; recognises, in particular, its help for fans in Mid Scotland and Fife and across Scotland, including the Pars Supporters Trust and the Raith Supporters Trust; welcomes the fans' takeovers of clubs including Stirling Albion, Clyde FC, Clydebank and Dundee; deeply regrets the English Premier League's decision to cut funding for Supporters Direct's work in England; recognises the key role that the Scottish Ministers and the Scottish Football Association have with regard to the future success of Supporters Direct, and believes that cooperation will be required to ensure a continuation of the organisation's valuable work in Scotland for years to come.

    Free delivery* Survey results Citizens Advice Scotland and Citizens Advice Bureaux across Scotland surveyed consumers during November 2011 to gauge attitudes towards and experience of delivery of goods bought online. The survey asked the following questions: 1. What is your post code? (open ended question) 2. How often do you order products or services online? (1-4 times a year, 5-9 times a year, More than 10 times a year, Never) 3. Does the price of delivery affect the website or company you buy from? (yes/no) 4. How much would you spend on delivery for general items? (£1.00 - £4.00, £5.00 - £7.50, £7.51 - £10.00, More than £10, Nothing, it should be free) 5. Would you buy more regularly from a company with reasonable delivery charges? (yes/no) 6. Have you ever increased an order so that you can receive free delivery? (yes/no) 7. Do you think it's reasonable that companies charge more for delivery depending on your location? (yes/no) 8. Have you ever been refused delivery because of your 'remote' location? (yes/no) 9. Have you ever warned friends and family against shopping with a particular company because of unfair delivery charges? (yes/no) 10. Can you name one or two companies who have had particularly high delivery charges or refused you delivery? (open ended question) A total of 863 consumers responded to the survey. 1. What is your post code? A total of 757 people supplied their post code. This allowed us to analyse the data by local authority area and by constituency for both the Scottish Parliament and UK Parliament.
