Il Delamain Pale & Dry Très Belle Grande Champagne Cognac rappresenta l’80% Petite Champagne-Grande della produzione totale dell’azienda. Il blend miscelato dai mastri distillatori è ottenuto solo con le vinacce Champagne (Cognac) della regione qualitativamente migliore della Charente, la Grande Champagne, distillate con il tipico alambic- co charentois per due volte. Dalle due cotte cui si ottengono le due parti del blend finale: un Cognac ABV “debole” o detto alla francese “vieilles faibles” con una gradazione alcolica di soli 15 gradi e un secondo più forte attorno al 53% ABV. Il blend ottenuto dall’unione delle due cotte viene poi lasciato a maturare per due anni in pregiate botti di quercia Limousin per dargli il tocco finale. A prima vista spicca con forza il color ambra ravvivato però dai riflessi oro antico che si mettono in luce all’occhio attento.

    EVOLUCIÓN Y ESTRUCTURA DE LA INDUSTRIA NACIONAL DE BEBIDAS ALCOHÓLICAS (1820 – 2009) Sadcidi Zerpa de Hurtado Cuando concluyó a principios de 1820 la guerra de la independencia en Venezuela, ya existía un representativo desarrollo artesanal, que desde la colonia buscaba satisfacer las necesidades de consumo interno de bienes manufacturados. Estas actividades fueron conocidas como artes y oficios (Lucas, 1998: 9-17) y consistían “ (…) en su mayoría de pequeños talleres artesanales en los cuales la mano de obra familiar no remunerada aportaba considerablemente a la producción. (…) ubicados en áreas rurales, dedicándose al procesamiento de los productos agrícolas de la misma zona. (…) El capital fijo era reducido, (…) también el valor de la producción. Debido a su ubicación agrícola se puede suponer que la producción era estacional en un número considerable de los establecimientos por estar el ritmo de la actividad productiva sujeto a las cosechas agrícolas. (…) únicamente en los centros urbanos más importantes existían empresas industriales que empleaban procesos fabriles, y la mayoría de éstas, estaban situadas en Caracas, Maracay, Valencia y Maracaibo …” y se asociaban tanto con la tradición europea de los gremios como con el proceso de revolución industrial (Carrillo 1962: 12). En estas últimas se dio en Venezuela un proceso de transferencia tecnológica de aquellos países industrializados que utilizaban energía de vapor y producían innovaciones (Lucas, 1998: 9- 10).
