“Breakthrough is Once per month during the school year* a community of support and love NON-TRADITIONAL SUBJECTS: where I know I will always be • Social Justice accepted for who • Business Acumen I am. I know that I will always be • Medical Student for a Day able to count on this community • Celebrate the Arts to help me through challenges. • Health and Wellness The students are all so inspiring • Global Awareness and the dedication of the full time • Our Community team is so admirable. Being a Teaching Fellow has been my favorite role with Breakthrough so far because you get to spend more time and form really solid relationships with students. The students’ dedication pushes me to be the best teacher and volunteer that I can be for them.
