Naltar is a valley near Gilgit–Baltistan region of Pakistan. Naltar is about 34 kilometres from Gilgit and can be reached by jeeps. Naltar is a forested region known for its dramatic mountain scenery. Naltar valley is also famous for the three lakes i.e., are Strangi lake, Blue lake and Bodlok lake. There is also a natural lush green garden known as "Halima garden".

Travel from Islamabad to Gilgit by air. Driver will pick at airport. Check in to hotel. Visit Naltar Valley via jeep (2.5 hrs drive). Overnight stay in hotel.

 Day 2 Rakaposhi is a mountain in the mountain range in the Gilgit-Baltistan territory of Pakistan. It is situated in the middle of the Bagrote valley, and , approximately 100 km north of the city of Gilgit. Rakaposhi is also known as Dumani ("Mother of Mist" or "Mother of Clouds"). It is ranked 27th highest in the world. Altit fort is an ancient fort at Altit town in the Hunza valley in Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. It was originally home to the hereditary rulers of the Hunza state who carried the title Mir. Baltit Fort is a fort in the Hunza valley, near the town of Karimabad, in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of northern Pakistan. Founded in the 8th CE, it has been on the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative list since 2004.

Morning breakfast at hotel. Leave for Hunza. Short stay at Rakaposhi view point. Visit Altit fort and Baltit fort. After that visit Karimabad bazar. Overnight stay in Hunza.

 Day 3 Khunjerab Pass is a 4,693-meter (15,397 ft)-high mountain pass in the Karakoram Mountains, in a strategic position on the northern border of Pakistan (Gilgit–Baltistan's Hunza and on the southwest border of China (Xinjiang). Attabad Lake is a lake located in the Gojal region of Hunza Valley in Gilgit−Baltistan, Pakistan. It was created in January 2010 as the result of a major landslide in Attabad. The lake has become one of the biggest tourist attractions in Gilgit−Baltistan, offering activities like boating, jet-skiing, fishing and other recreational activities. The is a 1,300 km national highway which extends from Hasan Abdal in the Punjab province of Pakistan to the Khunjerab Pass in Gilgit-Baltistan, where it crosses into China and becomes China National Highway 314. Morning breakfast at hotel. Proceed towards Attabad lake. Drive through Pak-China Friendship Tunnels (5.4 Kilometer Long tunnel). Short stay at Attabad lake. Enjoy beautiful sightseeing of Passu cones. Proceed to Khunjerab pass (4.5hrs drive). After visit return to Hunza. Overnight stay in hotel.

 Day 4 Eagle Nest view point is located on Duikar view point in Hunza valley, at a height of about 10000 feet above sea level accessible by jeep from Hunza it is small hotel at magnificent point where tourist visit in early morning for sunrise. The hotel has fascinating views of Rakaposhi, Ultar, Golden peak & other snowcapped mountains.

Morning breakfast at hotel. Leave for Eagle Nest view point. Enjoy some time there. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.

 Day 5 Skardu is a town in the region of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It is the capital of Baltistan that is perched 2,438 meters above sea level in the backdrop of the great peaks of the Karakoram.

Morning breakfast at hotel. Proceed to Skardu (6-7 hrs drive). Overnight stay in hotel.

 Day 6 Lower Kachura Lake is located in Kachura village in Skardu city at a height of 2,500 meters (8,200 ft). The lake is also known as Shangrila lake after a resort built on its bank in 1983. Upper Kachura Lake is of clear water and has a depth of 70 meters (230 ft). In summer it has a temperature of 15 °C (59 °F). In winter the surface is frozen solid. The upper flows nearby at a lower elevation.

 Day 7 The Cold Desert is a high-altitude desert located near Skardu, Gilgit−Baltistan. The desert contains large sand dunes that are sometimes covered in snow during winter. Situated at an elevation of 2,226 metres (7,303 ft) above sea level, the Cold Desert is one of the highest deserts in the world.

It was built in the 17th century by the Raja of Amacha Dynasty of Shigar. Manthokha Waterfall is a waterfall located in Kharmang Valley, Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, the extreme northern region of Pakistan. This waterfall is approx 180 feet high from ground and located almost 80 kilometers away from downtown Skardu.

 Day 8 Khaplu fort is an old fort and palace located in Khaplu, in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of northern Pakistan. The palace, considered an architectural heritage and a tourist attraction was built in the mid-19th century. The Chaqchan Mosque “The Miraculous Mosque” is a mosque in the city of Khaplu. It is one of the oldest in the region. The Government of Pakistan has listed the Chaqchan Mosque as a Pakistan Heritage Site.

Morning breakfast at hotel. Leave for visit of Khaplu fort and Chaqchan Mosque and Sogha Lake. Overnight stay in hotel.

 Day 9 is a natural lake near Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, which supplies water to . It is fed by the Satpara Stream. It is situated at an elevation of 2,636 meters (8,650 ft) above sea level and is spread over an area of 2.5 km². Manthal Buddha Rock is a large granite rock on which picture of Buddha has engraved which probably dates back to 8 century. This rock is located in Manthal village of Skardu Town, in Pakistan. Buddha Rock is one of the most important relics of Buddhism in Skardu.

Morning breakfast at hotel. Leave for visit of beautiful Satpara Lake. Short stay at Budda Rock. Visit to Katpana Desert/Lake. Overnight stay in hotel.

 Day 10 The is a high-altitude alpine plain (plateau) and national park in the Northern Pakistan region of Gilgit-Baltistan. Deosai Plains are situated at an average elevation of 4,114 meters (13,497 ft) above sea level and considered as the second highest plateaus in the world.
