Always stay in the know – wherever you’ve left your smart. With the ‘smart control’ app1, you keep all vital vehicle info at hand, on your smartphone, tablet or PC. Check the battery charge status, current range, or review how much time you’ve got left on the parking meter. You can also remotely activate the pre-entry climate control feature and the app even tells you how efficient your driving style is.
Check vehicle status Pull up the high voltage battery charge status, current range, energy consumed and daily mileage. It also tells you how efficiently you’ve driven, whether the tyre pressure is ok and, when it’s time for a service.
Review and control charging features While the smart is charging, you’ve got all the info you need to hand - remaining charge time, the range and charge status at the time of a possible next journey, and a prognosis of the charge status within a given time. You can also activate smart charging with this app, for example, to benefit from cheaper night time tariffs. Vehicle feature control Activate pre-entry climate control remotely, to ensure your smart’s interior has the right temperature from the moment you get in. You’ll be able to select your set-off date, and your smart will promptly activate climate control for you in advance.
Park assistant control Never receive a fine again: this feature shows you when the parking meter is due to run out.

All smarts registered in the UK on or after 01/11/2014, will benefit from smart road assistance for three years. After this, your smart road assistance will be automatically renewed for a year every time your smart goes in for an official smart service for up to 30 years.
