Methodology

The Worldwide Alumni Survey is designed to capture and relay information on postgraduate outcomes. Item content is developed and managed by the Office of Institutional Research in consultation with Career Services Offices, College Deans, Department Chairs and Program Coordinators. Core questions assess similar constructs across all campuses and include educational goals, employment status, university/program satisfaction, general education skills, research skills and program-specific learning outcomes. Using an online platform, the Worldwide Alumni Survey is administered every spring. An email invitation is sent from the Office of Institutional Research followed by periodic reminder emails until data collection concludes early June. The following tables reflect the responses from the graduating class of 2016 (n= 1148, response rate = 35%).
