Entry fees include CFA/Regional surcharges . No additional fees for online/faxed entries or substitutions. Per show rule 6.21 each entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. Room Rates; $105 single or double, $115 triple, $125 quad if reserved by August 6, 2021. DON’T DELAY; OUR BLOCK FILLS EVERY YEAR. There will be a one time non-refundable pet fee of $25 for one night for all rooms that will have pets in them. The Sturbridge Host has an AAA three-star rating with restaurants, an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi in all guest rooms. Contact the hotel directly for reservations; use code word NEMO for show rate Show Hours: Check-In: 8 – 9 am. Judging Hours: 9:30 am – 5 pm (or end of finals) on Saturday ; 8:30 am – 4 pm (or end of finals) on Sunday. Benching: Single cage size is approximately 22”x22”x22” and is included with your entry. Exhibitors with a single entry using any size security cage are required to purchase an extra 1/2 cage. Benching requests made at the time of entry will be honored when possible. Clay litter will be provided; bring your own litter pans, cat food, and water/food dishes. Scoring: All entries in Championship (except Novice), Premiership (except Novice), registered Kittens, recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with an Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number. Kittens may be entered without registration numbers, but will not be scored for CFA awards if a number is not provided at show time. Household Pets: All entries must be at least 4 months old; all entries 8 months or older must be neutered or spayed. Entries may not be declawed. Health: It is strongly advised that all cats or kittens entered or present in the show hall be inoculated before entry by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formerly known as feline distemper or feline infectious enteritis), feline rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats and kittens be tested and found negative for FeLV before entry. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching.
