Company Update เนน 3 ธุรกิจหลัก หลังจาก WPTV ไดยายเขาสูชองดิจิตอลอยางเต็มตัว ทําให WORK เนนการดําเนินการ 3 ธุรกิจ หลักไดแก • ผูผลิตคอนเทนต (14% ของรายไดรวม) • ธุรกิจดิจิตอลทีวี (63% ของรายไดรวม) • ธุรกิจ Event (21% ของรายไดรวม) โดยวางแผนที่จะลดขนาดหรือหยุดดําเนินการของธุรกิจอื่นๆ (2% ของรายไดรวม) อาทิ ธุรกิจ สิ่งพิมพ แอนิเมชั่น คอนเสิรต และผลิตภาพยนตร ซึ่งขณะนี้วางแผนในการผลิตเพียง 1 เรื่องตอ ปเทานั้น

ปรับลดขนาด (downsize) ในการผลิตคอนเทนต ตั้งแตป 2558 เปนตนไป WORK จะทําการดึงรายการที่ฉายใหกับชอง 5 (5 รายการ) และชอง 9 (4 รายการ) เขาสูชอง WPTV ของตนเอง ซึ่งไมเพียงจะชวยลดคาใชจายในการจองเชารายการ ของชอง 5 (ราว 250 ลานบาทตอป) แตจะชวยหนุนรายไดโฆษณาใหกับ WPTV อีกดวย

แตยังคงผลิตรายไดใหกับชอง 3 4 รายการดังเดิม ไดแก ♦ ชิงรอยชิงลาน (ออกอากาศทุกวันอาทิตยเวลา 3.00-5.00) ♦ ชิงรอยชิงลาน วันหยุด (ออกอากาศทุกวันนักขัตฤกษ) ♦ The Angle ♦ Thailand’s Got Talent เนื่องจากความนิยมที่ไดรับของรายการดังกลาว ดังนั้นอัตราคาโฆษณาขณะนี้ (ที่กําหนดโดย ชอง 3) จึงสูงกวาหากบริษัทนําไปฉายในชอง WPTV ของตนเอง ดังนั้น เราคาดวา WORK จะ ยังคงฉายใหกับชอง 3 ตอไปในระยะกลางจนกวาบริษัทจะมั่นใจวาสามารถปรับอัตราคาโฆษณา ไดเชนเดียวกันกับชอง 3 โดยในรอบป 2558 เราคาดวารายไดจากการผลิตคอนเทนตจะลดลง เปน 350-400 ลานบาทจากเดิม 1.32 พันลานบาทในป 2557 เนื่องจากเหลือรายการผลิตให ชอง 3 เพียง 4 รายการเทานั้น ธุรกิจดิจิตอลทีวีเติบโตอยางรวดเร็ว หลังจากดําเนินการชองทีวีดิจิตอลของตนเองในชวงปลายเดือนเมษายน WPTV ไดบันทึกเรตติ่ง ที่คอยๆเพิ่มขึ้นเปนกวา 0.4x รองจากชอง 3 และชอง 7 เทานั้น

WPTV ไดวางจุดยืนของชองทีวีดิจิตอลในการผลิตรายการเพื่อดึงฐานลูกคาในระดับกวาง ซึ่งถือ วาเปนจุดแขงขันที่ทําใหบริษัทไดเปรียบชอง 7 และชอง 3 ที่เนนดานการผลิตรายการขาวและ ละครเปนหลัก โดยตนทุนการผลิตรายการวาไรตี้และเกมสโชวอยูที่เทปละ 200000 บาทต่ํากวา ตนทุนการผลิตละครที่สูงถึงเทปละ 2-3 ลานบาท และหากชอง WPTV มีการดําเนินการเต็มรูปแบบตั้งแตป 2558 เปนตนไป เราคาดวาเรตติ่งจะ ยังคงเพิ่มขึ้นเปน 0.6-0.7 (จากเดิม 0.4 ในขณะนี้) หลังดึงคอนเทนต 8 รายการที่ไดรับความ นิยมกลับเขาสูชองของตนเอง

ธุรกิจ Showbiz จะเปนตัวสรางรายไดใหมใหกับบริษัทในอนาคต ในป 2558 หากมีการสรางโรงละคร (Siam Ganesha) แลวเสร็จ WORK วางแผนในการคอยๆ เขาสูธุรกิจ ซึ่งคาดวาจะแลวเสร็จในไตรมาส 1/58 โดยตั้งอยูในพื้นที่สยามสแควร และจะใชใน การจัดโชวตางๆ อาทิ โชวละครเวที ละครเพลง คอนเสิรตและอื่นๆ ซึ่งเรามองวาธุรกิจใหม ดังกลาวจะเปนปจจัยผลักดันรายไดในอนาคตของบริษัท อยางไรก็ตาม ยังคงไมรวมรายไดไวใน ประมาณการในขณะนี้เนื่องจากยังคงตองรอวาจะมีโชวใดที่จะเขาฉายในโรงละครดังกลาวรวมทั้ง กระแสตอบรับจากผูบริโภค

การจําหนายหุนเฉพาะเจาะจง (private placement) ชวยลด D/E ใหต่ํากวา 1x ในชวงเดือนพฤศจิกายนที่ผานมา WORK ประกาศการจําหนายหุนเฉพาะเจาะจงโดยการเพิ่มทุน ราว 32 ลานหุนขายใหกับ Mindo Asia Investment Ltd ในราคาหุนละ 33.50 บาท ซึ่ง Mindo ถือหุนโดยบรัท Lombard Asia IV LP ในสัดสวน 100% และจะนําเงินสดที่ไดราว 1.72 พันลาน บาทในการ เปนเงินทุนสําหรับการซื้ออุปกรณจําเปนตอการดําเนินงาน หรือใชเปนเงินทุนหมุนเวียนราว 672 ลานบาท ใชในการชดใชหนี้จากสถาบันการเงินเดิมราว 400 ลานบาท ซึ่งคาดวาดีลดังกลาวจะแลวเสร็จในไตรมาส 1/58 และคาดวาจะชวยทําใหสัดสวน D/E ลดลง เปน 0.73x ในป 2558 (จากเดิม 1.84x)
คาดงบลงทุน (CAPEX) ลดลงตั้งแตป 2558 เปนตนไป WORK ไดใชงบลงทุนราว 500 ลานบาทในรอบป 2556-57 ในการซื้อคอนเทนตจาก ตางประเทศในชวงเริ่มตนดําเนินการธุรกิจทีวีดิจิตอล อยางไรก็ตาม ไดมีการจายงบบางสวน สําหรับการสรางสตูดิโอเพิ่มเติม 6 แหงมูลคา 150 ลานบาทและโรงละครมูลคา 450 ลานบาท แตคาดวางบลงทุนสําหรับป 2558 จะลดลงเปน 250 ลานบาทซึ่งจะใชในการกอสรางสตูดิโอ และโรงละครเปนหลัก
