Heat in Shape HEAT IN SHAPE ISAN OFFERS CUSTOM-BUILT S HEATING UNITS IT We are a Czech manufacture with a history on the heating unit market dating back to 1953. We offer several product ranges of heating units, such as bathroom radiators, design radiators, floor convectors and lamellar N radiators, tube and finned radiators. U MARKET DEVELOPMENT Our specialists are keeping abreast of the trends and new market requirements, implementing them in the existing manufacturing programmes. Together with development specialists, ISAN’s technicians permanently seek for new way of bringing innovative and original solutions. Our key objective NG is to provide our customers with further possibilities and functional designs that will contribute to their quality of life and housing. QUALITY Quality of all products and their accessories on offer is our primary concern. The whole manufacturing and development has been certified in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 system. Furthermore, all heating units comply with the certification requirements of individual states so that they meet even the most stringent quality criteria. ECOLOGY Nowadays every manufacture is required to follow ecological principles of production. ISAN has incorporated these principles directly into its manufacturing guidelines, considering them as common practice. At the same time, we also constantly attempt to develop and find new solutions leading to energy savings and thus environment protection. M-BUILT HEATI M-BUILT DESIGN AND CUSTOMISED O PRODUCTION The customer requires not only the classical function of heating units but we have also installed, with a growing frequency, radiators intended as powerful, yet design accessories in interiors. They are intended to complement the overall visual aspect of the space. ISAN reflects this, offering UST product lines with modern design elements. Upon request, we are also able to supply customised heating units to meet the specified parameters. C 3 4 We are a Czech company whose history dates back as far as 1953. We have been manufacturing radiators and heating units in a local plant over ST a number of years. The production of heating units in this plant in Blansko has its history: at the time, A the production programme consisted of metalworking, millwork, car service and maintenance, and even P custom services. Apart from heating units, the Company manufactured cast-iron products and foundry products, tools, and household equipment (so-called wire programme). Later the production focused on production of furniture and small accessories made of wood. 5 6 The Company ISAN radiátory s.r.o. is a strong company on the market of heating units. In 1993 it underwent restructuring, starting new and modern production of heating units. After the change in ownership in 2003 and initial investment in production equipment and technology, the Company has established itself on the market, currently acting as a leading player on European markets. The Company has been responding flexibly to the customers’ requests, actively following the latest trends, which are then applied in the production. By means of investment in new machinery and equipment, it guarantees its good-quality outputs satisfying the demands of the market. Every year, the ISAN Company produced approximately 200 000 bathroom ladders and 50,000 design radiators, which equals to a 3 % share on the European market. The production of floor convectors is not negligible either, amounting to 8,000 units per year. Main ISAN product lines: MELODY bathroom and design radiators TERMO floor convectors EXACT convectors and lamellar radiators ATOL tubular radiators SPIRAL finned tube radiators Currently, the assortment also includes the programme of “customised radiators”, which allows you to choose a type, dimensions, colour and connection mode of the heating unit in accordance with the customer’s wishes and specifications. 7 8 9 10 BATHROOM AND DESIGN RADIATORS We specialise in manufacturing bathroom and design radiators. Every year, we produce over 200,000 bathroom radiators and over 50,000 radiators. Our assortment includes classical white bathroom radiators in stainless steel or chrome finish, while we are also ready to supply atypical units. The selected types may be supplied in more versions: For electric heating For the central heating system Combined versions The radiators are manufactured using round pipes, angular profiles or their combinations. Some types of design units (Variant) are delivered with decorative covers, allowing the customer to supply their own graphic design. Following the customer’s wishes, it is possible to specify the colour finish, dimensions, material or radiator connection type. 11 12 FLOOR CONVECTORS We have been manufacturing floor convectors for over 10 years. Approximately 8,000 units are produced every year, being also delivered abroad on a long-term basis, where they have been successfully competing with big overseas manufacturers. Basic product lines: TERMO ACTIV, representing a so-called “ecological version” and designed for the operational voltage of 24 V. It is supplied with a CU wire exchanger, which is easy to maintain and mechanically durable. The convector’s tank is made of good- quality stainless steel. It comprises an economical ventilator. TERMO DYNAMIC, mainly designed for industrial construction. It is supplied for the operational voltage of 230 V and 24V. It comprises a powerful lamellar exchanger and is equipped with a stainless steel tank. TERMO PRACTIC is suitable for individual construction, single- family houses, offices or corridors. It is designed for the voltage of 230 V. The convector comprises a zinc-coated tank. The offer includes convectors of various lengths, widths and outputs. We also supply customised lengths, corners or arcs. 13 14 CONVECTORS AND LAMELLAR RADIATORS EXACT The products have found their main customers in northern countries placing higher demands onto heat output. Owing to their radiant surfaces, the radiant convectors provide optimal heat comfort. They are available in various lengths and widths which can be specified according to your needs. There are wall-mounted or on the floor connection types available. According to the connection location there are 3 possibilities – lateral without a valve, bottom with a valve or central connection. EXACT ECOLITE – Lamellar Exchanger Convectors The Exact Ecolite convectors with a lamellar heat exchanger are suitable for primary heating, secondary heating, as well as low-temperature systems. The convection is essential while heat radiation is suppressed. There are wall-mounted or on the floor connection types available. According to the connection location there are 2 possibilities – lateral without a valve or bottom with a valve. They are delivered in 4 heights and 3 widths. 15 16 TUBULAR RADIATORS These elegant radiators with smooth surface are ideal alternative to old school cast-iron multi column radiators. Our tubular radiators can be cleaned easily and deliver high heating outputs. Individual elements are made of steel tubes. Their number indicates the type of a radiator. We can manufacture types from C2 to C6. High heating outputs rank our tubular radiators among the most popular radiators especially for reconstruction of older residential buildings. Tubular radiator ATOL has optimal circulation of heating media and is suitable for low temperature systems. ISAN Radiátory s.r.o. offer radiators of various sizes, but also a wide range of colours to choose from, including metallic and structural colours from Isan Melody Colour Chart. 17 18 FINNED TUBE RADIATORS Spiral radiators are suitable for wide range of environments, not only in new construction, but mostly in administrative, technical, industrial and commercial buildings.
