Over the past 17 years, I have worked on the abovementioned subject matter in collaboration with UN agencies, the US Department of State, and other international organizations, foreign governments, and nongovernmental organization in the South Pacific (Fiji, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu), South Asia (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan), South East Asia (Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Timor-Leste, Vietnam), CEE/CIS countries (, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Ukraine), East Asia (China), and East Africa (Kenya).
