Una Banda Sonora: Drinking Songs It's only rock & roll | Pep Saña | Actualitzat el 30/12/2019 a les 15:45 Una Banda Sonora: Drinking Songs No cal a dir que l?alcohol és perillós, potser l?addicció més perillosa de totes, i que s?hauria de consumir amb moderació, però les probabilitats de beure encara que no es vulgui, hi son. Beure alcohol no és gran i no és intel·ligent, però és popular i de vegades és divertit. Per descomptat, no hi ha res de glamour ni a ningú li agrada despertar-se amb la boca seca com una sabata o al costat d'un desconegut/da fent pudor de vòmit i una ressaca que et fa petar el cap com un timbal, però segurament qui més qui menys ha passat per aquesta situació, i contra qualsevol dubte raonable hi tornarà a passar. Al cap i a la fi, el Rock'n'Roll i el ?drinking? van molt de la mà, tant que fins i tot el Jack Daniels amb Coca Cola, ara oficialment se'n diu un Lemmy. Per ser sincers, cap gran història del Rock ha començat amb una amanida verda i un suc. No cal a dir que l'alcohol és perillós, potser l'addicció més perillosa de totes, i que s'hauria de consumir amb moderació, però les probabilitats de beure encara que no es vulgui, hi son. Afortunadament, el consum de begudes alcohòliques no és obligatori, però no deixa de ser una afició molt popular. Com totes les aficions, beure també té una banda sonora. Cançons de festa, cançons per aixecar l'esperit i cançons per fer bullir la sang. Aquí n'hi ha unes quantes per assegurar-nos que la propera relació amb l'alcohol sigui tant positiva com gairebé segur que no ho serà la ressaca. En lloc d'això, aixequem UN got pel vell suc del diable i bevem de manera responsable. AC/DC - Have A Drink On Me És gairebé irònic el fet que AC/DC traguessin segurament la cançó que més incita a beure de tota la seva carrera només cinc mesos després que el seu ex cantant, Bon Scott, morís ofegat pel seu propi vòmit per una borratxera, la causa oficial de la mort és una intoxicació per alcohol. Tot i la tragèdia, molt al contrari d'actuar com a element dissuasiu, corre el rumor que la Royal Marines té un joc per beure basat en la cançó, les regles de les quals són bàsicament senzilles i comencen, com és d'esperar, amb el consum de whisky, ginebra i aiguardent. Els orígens de la cançó són desconeguts, però narra la història d'un home que després d'haver robat a un funcionari del govern, va a casa d'una noia que es diu Molly, s'emborratxa i la noia el traeix avisant a la policia. Tenint en compte que ho explica des de la presó, es de suposar que estava emprenyat quan la va escriure. El tema en qüestió, és una de les cançons més sorolloses, però segurament sona millor al porxo, assegut al balancí amb un pack de ?birres? fredes per suportar el sufocant calor de Texas, cosa que concorda més amb el cover que va fer Motörhead de la cançó i, de fet, amb despertar els inferns. ZZ Top - Beer Drinkers And Hellraisers V?deo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXswale5Kss George Thorogood And The Destroyers - One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer Juntament amb Bad To The Bone i I Drink Alone, son amb les que probablement s'han fet mes tragos de Bourbon, però la veritat és que pràcticament tot el que grava George Thorogood sona com si es tractés de beure sense parar, de fet, moltes ho són, però aquesta obra mestra, escrita al 1953 per un tio anomenat Rudy Toombs i versionada per Thorogood al 1977, et fa ballar com el padrí borratxo del nuvi en un casament. Aquesta és una d'elles, i es que no es cosa fàcil aconseguir el títol de ?El Princep De Les Tenebres?. Paul Stanley, dirigint-se al fet de que la majoria de gent assumeix que anar de festa inclou certa quantitat de consum d'alcohol diu, ?M'encanta beure una copa de bon vi i m'encanta una mica d'alcohol de tant en tant. Quan vaig escriure aquesta cançó, tot i que pugui sonar ingenu, en realitat es tractava de celebrar, i no de drogar-se, col·locar-se o quelcom així. Era, vull fer Rock'n'Roll tota la nit i festa cada dia. Vull passar una bona estona i aprofitar la vida al màxim. Aquest ha estat sempre, tant el meu punt de vista com el de KISS, celebrar la vida i aprofitar-la al màxim, perquè fins on conec, no tenim una segona oportunitat. Aquesta és la part que ens toca del pastís, així que aprofita la vida al màxim?. Sí, també va ser escrita per Gene Simmons, un tio que mai ha begut ni una gota a la seva vida, però que escup foc i sang. Un dels temes més populars entre els fans, va sorgir i el van titular així per una de les marques de vi més barates i de més alta graduació dels Estats Units, Izzy Stradlin i Slash se'l bevien a litres. Guns N' Roses - Nightrain V?deo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMDljoM5JFI Billy Idol - Mony Mony Originalment gravat per Tommy James i The Shondells al 1968, Billy Idol va convertir el tema d'aquesta innocent banda de R&B en una festa carregada d'obscenitat al sexe i a l'alcohol que continua sent protagonista en el seu setlist en directe. Cantant amb el públic, "Ei, fill de puta, emborratxa't, folla!" (Hey motherfucker, get drunk, get fucked!). La veritat és una autentica historia de terror segons explica el baixista i fundador Nikki Sixx al llibre biogràfic, The Heroin Diaries. Formed on Canvey Island in Essex in the early 1970’s, Dr Feelgood remains one of the most popular and exciting live rhythm and blues acts in the world today. The raw and uncompromising style of their performance resulted in the album Stupidity that immediately went to the #1 position on the UK Charts. Dr Feelgood have also enjoyed global success with a string of hit singles including Roxette, Back In The Night, Milk and Alcohol, Down At The Doctors, She Does it Right, Going Back Home and See You Later Alligator – which gave the group their first gold record. The last album to feature Lee Brilleaux, Down At The Doctors, was recorded live at the Dr Feelgood Music Bar on Canvey Island just two months before he died in 1994.
