Here at the Marine we are entering into the busy Summer season as people flock to Lyme, and this quarter brings even more focus on providing access to culture for all.

There are great value events: the Lyme Regis Comedy Club led by local comedian Tom Glover, two discos, and we’ve reduced the price of Jazz in the Bar. The Sunday Sessions - led by two local musicians - is free.

We’re also bringing big names into the town to enjoy; DJ Yoda and Dr Feelgood visit in August.

Concerts from Glyndebourne are our newest addition to our screenings, which are the lowest priced in the county.

We’ve improved the benefits for Theatre Friends with another offer - the discount is now 10%, which replaces a £1 deduction. There are now more Theatre Friends exclusive events, as we build the group that supports the Marine so kindly.

Mark Hix, local chef and supporter of the arts, joins Ian Gillan, Andrew Rattenbury, and Oliver Ford-Davies as our new patron. To celebrate HIX Oyster and Fish House is offering 10% off for ticket holders on the night of a show; all details are on our website.

I look forward to seeing you at the Marine this Summer.
