Ethical, Legal, and Social Issues Bibliography Publications Prior to 1995 This edition of the DOE ELSI Bibliography provides a resource for identifying publications prior to 1995 on the major topics related to the ethical, legal, and social issues (ELSI) surrounding the availability of personal genetic information. There are 6516 records, two-thirds of which are books and articles in the academic and professional literature.
