They also provide the Witness Service, which gives advice and support to witnesses and helps them through the court process. Victim Support provides information, practical help and emotional support. Its services are free, and in confidence and available to everyone, even if they don’t speak English. They can also be called by friends or relatives of someone who has been hurt.
