8/2 Bugger Mine NOTICE Pursuant to the Surface Mining Conservation and ​ ​ ​ Reclamation Act and the Clean Streams Law notice is hereby given that Neiswonger Construction, Inc., 17592 Route 322, Strattanville, PA 16258, has made application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for a Land Use Change to its existing surface mine permit. The current mining permit SMP 63110101 was issued on 06/20/2013. The land use change is for property #1, John Kosky Contracting, Inc. and John A & Stacy A Kosky to go from a pre-mining land use of forest land to a post-mining land use of pastureland or land occasionally cut for hay. The operation is located in Deemston Borough, Washington County. The receiving streams for this proposed permit area are Tenmile Creek to the Monongahela River. The permit area is 24.4 acres and is situated approximately 3.6 miles southeast of Marianna, PA. More specifically, the permit area is situated north of Pump Station Road and 1000 west of Morey Road (SR 2041), 2000 east of Tenmile Creek. 8/5 Enlow Fork Mine PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Clean ​ Streams Law, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Rules

Justice for Coalfield Communities and Regulations, the Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Act, and the Bituminous Mine Subsidence and Land Conservation Act as amended, notice is hereby given that Consol Pennsylvania Coal Company LLC, 1000 CONSOL Energy Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317, has submitted an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to revise Coal Mining Activity Permit No. 30841317 and related NPDES permit for the Enlow Fork Mine. The proposed revision adds approximately 49.4 acres of surface permit area for the installation of the H1 Powerline. The facility will be located in Morris Township and Washington Township, Greene County, and Morris Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania and is located on the Prosperity and Amity, PA U.S. Geological Survey 7.5 minute topographic maps. The proposed permit area begins at the existing 8 North 1 Portal Facility, located near the intersection of Archer Road (T-337) and Timberline Lane (T-550). It continues in a southeast-easterly direction for approximately 3.7 miles. It ends at the proposed H1 Bleeder Facility, located along SR 221 (Dunn Station Road), approximately 0.4 miles northwest of the intersection of SR 221 and Hope Road (T-413). The permit width is 100 feet along the powerline. The proposed permit revision includes installation of a 3.7 mile long overhead powerline and erosion and sedimentation control facilities. The application includes mining activities within 100 feet of the right of way of the following five public roads: A 370 foot section of Penn Hill Road (T-552), beginning approximately 0.35 miles north of its intersection with Deer Park Road (T-335) and continuing to the north; a 175 foot section of Penn Hill Road, beginning 150 feet southeast of its intersection with Deer Park Road and continuing to the southeast; and a 120 foot section Penn Hill Road, beginning 140 feet west of its intersection with SR 3039 (Conger Road) and continuing west. A 245 foot section of SR 3039 (Conger Road), beginning 120 feet southwest of its intersection with Deer Park Road and continuing southwest.
